Customer service was good but I paid 30 mins labour almost $70 to check if I need a brake replacement. That is alright. But cost for parts and labour are so high, that I can drive myself to a dealership to pay for OEM parts.

They failed to fix a simple hole in my tire and wanted me to replace 2 tires for $450!
I refused to replace it, so they charged me $35 for inspection (only to say that they can't fix it). What a scam!
I went to a smaller tire shop who fixed the hole for $28 all inclusive! Never going back to Mr. Lube.

My steering wheel was pulling to the left and I was experiencing chattering at 100 + km/hr on the front end of my Subaru Forester. I took it to this location to have my alignment looked at.. Michael slotted me in immediately and Sam was efficient and thorough in solving my problem. Pricing was fair and everyone was friendly and professional.

Told oil change and cabin filter would take 30 minutes tops. 4 people came in after me and left before me for oil changes. Have now been here for over 1.5 hours stating they are waiting for the cabin filter they never had in stock. Said it would be a few minutes away waited another hour. Instead of informing me so I could postpone it. I am now extremely late for my plans while 6-7 workers are simply just standing around playing on the lifts. Leaving now after over 2 hours without the cabin filter replacement.

$50 for a tire puncture repair, would go back for oil change unless I get a better price.
