Sounds of your problem. You need a mechanic. You need a class, a mechanic. You don't need a technician cause. That's what they're called now because all the computer stuff. You need a mechanic that can fix everything that can go wrong with a Vehicle. Not just certain things that might go wrong. And by the sounds of what everybody has says you are a very good person. Like they said you can't keep everybody happy.

I was looking for a pair of winter tires, I searched on FB and got one at this place. I walked in without calling and assisted me very well. He showed me tires and gave it to me. Later, my own Mechenic found out there was a crack on side wall of tire. I brought tire back to Mike and he immediately said I’m refunding your money. Instead I asked if he can get me Rotors and brakes installed on my car. He right away sent my car in Mechenic shop and saved my time. Mike is a very nice and busy guy.

As an elderly woman I was lied to and ripped off. I asked to have front tires rotated from left to right. (not understanding anything about tires). Mike did the rotation, even as another mechanic came out and said the tires were going the wrong way. Mike said it was fine. After paying him to do so and leaving, I was told repeatedly that these were directional tires and wont work as well turned in the wrong direction. Mike refused to fix without charging me again.

Pretty good place to buy a used vehicle. Mike is a nice guy,,busy as hell , but takes the time to get you what you need. I've been going there for years and have not yet been ripped off. We just bought a Honda civic from him and my wife loves it. Drives great and clean,,,looks pretty good too. Thanks again Mike for all your help. Keep up the good work.

Been coming here for years but recently decided to change mechanics. To sum up my experience, the quality of service has been declining drastically over the past year and half. if you value your car or your time find a professional.Updates: In response to the reply--don't you find it funny that he has an excuse for every single negative feedback? As a consumer I am describing my end of the experience to other consumers. That is the whole purpose of google reviews. He doesn't seem to understand that this platform is not about him or his arguments. As for why we left, people don't usually leave a mechanic or any service provider that they have been going to for years because of one small incident. There have been too many disappointing moments that led up to the decision. As a cautionary advice to other consumers and to those who follow my reviews: make sure you budget DAYS to get a small simple mechanic job done here and be prepared to go back multiple times for their mess ups.PS: The incident that Mike was describing was for a set of used tires. That was the only time I negotiated prices with him. Sure enough he tries to bent the truth in his favour. Wonder if that's how he made all his arguments in the other responses. Don't waste your time here!

Fraud Dealership. Read my complete review. I bought a car from this place 4 weeks ago, and just after 5 days, the car started having problems. The car was sent to a Mazda dealership. I got to know the parts used in the car were aftermarket products and needed a lot of repairs, and after wasting so many days on repairs and having no access to my car, the car still had some problems. Finally, I thought the problem was fixed, but no, it required some more repairs. The dealer signs a contract and gives you a 30-day warranty for any repairs or faults, but he breached the contract and charged me money in the end for the repairs. He breached a legal contract. He does not follow the signed legal contract or his words. He straight away ignores people, which is disrespectful and rude. The car still has the engine light on, and I have to spend more money and time to get it fixed. He is selling junk cars with problems. Avoid this place.

Great place, Mike is very understanding and helpful when it comes to cars. I bought a used car from him 3 years ago and he has helped me alot with everything that I needed if there was a fix I needed with very cheap prices that any other dealer would offer. I always compared the prices and found that Mike offered the best rates as compared to other dealerships. I recommend people to visit him and try if ever in need.Thanks Mike.

Had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. Mike took me in last minute and kept his tire repair mechanic behind so they can help me out. They had my tires in stock and also noticed my break light wasn't working. Really appreciate the service and quick turn around. They are friendly and pricing is really fair.
