Metro Dundas Valley is the only grocery store in Dundas without requiring a bigger drive. It is a fairly small store, so it doesn't have a ton of options as a bigger store would. On the one hand, staff are noted for excellent service, such as quickly stocking requested items. On the other hand, prices aren't the cheapest and are higher than at other grocery stores. There have been isolated issues with expired items, but these were addressed. The self checkout is criticized as brutal and not accessible, leading some customers to avoid it.
