“Came in for a suit jacket to update my husbands usual standard suit look, and we were greeted by a well dressed employee named Mike, (he was serving another customer at the same time as us and I might add very attentively .)We told him the price point we could afford and the colour of the suit pants we just needed a more modern suit jacket to complete the look , he gave some suggestions and ideas on shirt colours and pulled some jackets that resulted in my husband looking as hot as a suit model in the catalogues! “I was there helping my neighbour return a few items and exchange them for the correct size. She is seeing impaired and did not have her bill. However, the 2 staff members , one who had served her the previous day, was very helpful in making the necessary adjustment. They handled the transaction with such kindness and concern , that I'm sorry I did not get their names to contact their manager and say how much my neighbour appreciated their help.”
“This is a huge Old Navy.If you're looking for kids clothing, this store has a huge selection. My only complaint was that the athletic clothes are hidden in the farback corner of the store... and that the changing rooms had line ups that seemed to take forever to get through.”
