Bought Logitech mouse.Returned it the the few days.Was in its original packaging, but then the manager interjected during the return process and asked me if I had the top lip that you cut off with scissors.I said no, he asked me how do you expect me to sell this?He also asked me why I'm returning it and I said because of the "build quality""Build quality" he responded back in a condescending tone like that is not an English word.Mind you this is hard plastic that has to be cut with scissors.Was charged a 20% restocking fee for $40 mouse.Honestly, $8 for losing a customer for life is a terrible decision.

Wonderful experience was having trouble getting my hands on wifi antennas for my motherboard and an employee was super helpful and helped me get some, wish I was able to get his name to shout him out but I was in a little bit of a rush. 10/10 would shop here again just for the amazing customer service

Was in the market for a new gaming laptop! I frequent the gym next door to Memory Express and had noticed that their store carried a professional and very well organized atmosphere.Desmond, one of the sales associates, greeted me and was extremely helpful in finding me the right machine. He also answered all my questions on a whim and carried a high level of professionalism and customer service!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with the folks at memory express in Hamilton!! They worked through ALL my options for upgrading my machine for a new vr headset (4090 to handle the varjo aero pixel pushing power)… super friendly and easy to walk through the details of each upgrade (even advising against wasting money on certain aspects).On top of that they took a ton of time getting my previous HD to work with the new machine so I wouldn’t have to spend time updating all my old bespoke programs that were a pain to hunt down and get working.A++++ experience!!!

I was price matching them with canada computers. Memory Express sent their quote without the gst first. Then I asked them if 4070 could perform well in machine learning and they said it did. Later after looking at online reviews and performance charts, 4070 being a new card did badly on ML algorithms due to drivers incompatibility. Also they added a new PSU without telling me into the quote and the manager later tried to sell it. Also they are taking a 100 dollars cause it was a 'custom build'. Overall a bit disappointed with the customer service.

Like other memory express stores, the staff were amazing, prices were great, and selection was good. Wish we had this chain up in Newmarket where I live, but I’d definitely recommend this store and this chain for anything tech related!

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful not to mention very patient. Always ready to answer my questions regardless of how many times I called. I called often. The staff has a family friendly atmosphere unlike their competitors. Highly recommend and this is my new computer parts and builds store. Oh they price match as well. So friendly family style service and the best price. It a Win Win!! Thanks again Lou and Dave for all your help.

Visited this location today with my partner because we are both building new gaming PCs and wanted to check out this location. From the moment we walked in to the store, Alexandru was welcoming and attentive to our needs, quickly asking us if we needed help. He was very knowledgeable about different products, and helped us with our PC builds. He even assisted with carrying our purchases out to our vehicle. We will absolutely shop here again. Thank you so much for making my first gaming PC purchase experience so easy and for all of your help!

I visited Memory Express to buy parts for my first PC build. Not only did they have all the parts I wanted in stock, they price matched and took 10% off those items to beat their competitor's price! Phil was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, helped me get the best prices on parts, and gave me confidence in my purchase. The store was very clean, aesthetic, and well stocked. Fantastic service. Had a great experience with Tim and Luis (i believe that was his name). Luis was very knowledgeable and helped my wife and I update or gaming pc with new parts. He did a fabulous job putting the PC together. Could not be happier and can’t recommend Memory Express enough. We will for sure be going back.

This place is great. I am very new to the world of PC gaming or computers in general. My friend recommended I try Memory Express because thats where he got his. We came from 45 minutes away to check it out and it was definitely worth it. The worker there Desmond deserves a raise with how great he was with us. He walked me through the build of the PC and worked his magic to keep me in my budget but still deliver a top tier PC. He was also very friendly and connected with us on a personal level through our mutual intrests. 10/10 would recommend ?
