I brought my car in because I thought there was an issue with my breaks. They took a look at my car and cleared it to be safe. Other mechanics may have checked them and took advantage of me. Charging me for work that didn’t need to be done. They were honest about the breaks not needing any repair.

professional approach at work. Out of two of my car's issues, one resolved accurately. They check after service as well to see if all going well or not. I informed about the other issue and they gave appointment to check out again.. I liked this approach as not many auto shops follow up after service is done..

I had taken my truck to a convenient mechanic that was in the same plaza as where I park my machinery. After thousands spent to fix my random no start there was no solution in sight.
I’m so thankful that Master mechanic was able to diagnose , immediately notify me on the problem , show me some BS the other shop did to my truck and execute the repair.
They are out of town from where I live , but I will say hard working and honest mechanics are extremely hard to come by. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Brought my truck in for some new tires, but I also had a popping noise that needed to be looked at, it was a difficult problem to find but they spent ample time, looked it up and down, and finally found the problem and replaced the part under warranty… Great Service

Liars, can't figure out correct results, yell at you when you return after a month the same problem with your car happens again and they don't honor their warranty. They told my friend to get a new car, and another mechanic said it was a simple fix and she has a new car for no reason, but negligence and disrespect. BE WARE.

Poor service, on first time I went for a repair on engine, I took back the car many days later than what has been promised. Then I realized they forgot to put back the engine cover, I went back to shop and they gave me an older cover, which was not mine for sure. I gave a second chance since it is very convenient location for me, so went for a simple oil change, after the change I drove back home , just 3 minutes, and checked if they filled with right amount, since I was doubtful because of first experience, the oil was as dirty as before the change, black. The next day they texted to ask if all was good, and I responded telling about this, then no more answer.

They are badly shop dosen't respect customer service an was there to explain the problem after when they job done and they cost me 650$ and the car was still not okay and they started trying to a fight with me and push down and I call police to make recording for him shame on him not going there never they don't deserve even 1 star ???

We've taken our Dodge Caravan here for a few years now. They are always pleasant to us, and it's so easy to book an appointment (usually within a few days!). I never feel pressured to do more than what I book my appointment for.Highly recommend!

I was driving by from out of town after recently having done my own winter tire swap for the first time...noticed some noise and vibration from one wheel, and I realized that I hadn't properly torqued a few of the nuts. I had the kids in the car and was in a tough spot, these guys took a look at the wheel without hesitation and re-torqued/checked all the wheels for me. 2 lessons learned: a) be more careful when doing your own wrenching, and b) these guys are an honourable and helpful lot, kudos!

Very quick and cheap alignment. He forwarded the spec sheet once complete to me like I asked, everything was aligned correctly. Techs were very cautious and gentle putting it on the lift, took great care. Will come back if needed.
