A store employee, going on her lunch break, stopped to answer some questions that I had. Very nice young girl. Received the same reception from the young lady at the Cash. Very courteous staff.

You can go there for garments shopping but it's expensive for minimum wage earning people However,you can go to see variety of clothes and particularly for winter's clothes.

Customer service from both the front desk cashier and the footwear dept was fantastic. I went in with a preconceived notion on how something should fit and the customer service representative kindly guided me to where i should be. 10/10 would recommend, would definitely return

Advertised about a sale on radio and ended it in middle of week as if we don't work lol very disappointed in marks not to care for the working men and women when do we have spare time right the weekend thanks marks for nothing

Spacious store, great layout and easy to find stock of footwear. I pulled a dozen boxes off of open shelves and self served my trying on. Within 20 minutes I was out the door with a $41.00 savings. Happy customer here

Came in during a weekday. Basically no one was working the floor. When I asked lady at counter for assistance I found her short and rude. If you're a woman, you will have to use the men's side dressing rooms, which personally makes me uncomfortable. Plus, the change rooms look stained, yellow and dirty I won't be back to this location

I am Christmas shopping early and was able to get assistance in purchasing a gift card on credit, using my credit card. The sales associate behind the cash desk was able to complete the transaction. She also shared there's no expiry on the gift card and can be activated anytime (including three months from now, as this will be a gift for Christmas for a family member).

Love Mark's Work Warehouse! Great!!! quality clothing, shoe's and accessories, especially for outdoor use...Just went shopping over the weekend; with the friends and family day, 'I saved' well over 100.00 in sales!.Marks Work Warehouse is the one place you can walk into and find something you would wear, on the job ,especially if your working outdoors or indoors. The diversity of clothing, shoes and other accessories they have in store and on line.,I recommend this store ! Staff, Shelly really came thru for me, I needed to change a top size, called the store and Shelly jumped on it, which gave me peace of mind...As busy as she was working floor and cash out, She made it a point to still solve my problem with a wrong size I mistakenly chosen.As any customer , I know what I want. I also make sure to ask for help, if needed.It's refreshing to ask and to be served by a sales clerk who demonstrates complete professionalism...A much appreciated Thank you to staff 'Shelly'! atMark's Work Warehouse, Upper Wentworth St. Hamilton , ONShe was very helpful and gave me honest feedback on my color choices when I picked out a beautiful comfortable top! She wasespecially patient with me going back to the store because I kept changing my mind on a few birthday gift items I had purchased for my family member who works outdoors.Appreciate good service and great clothing choices ..
