I had my makeup done for my daughter’s engagement gathering. Monica was an absolute pleasure as a person, she made me feel comfortable from the beginning. On a professional level….her work is fabulous and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know!

MONIKA and her team are literally the DREAM team - I rely on Monika and her team for any special event to feel my best! They are so beyond passionate, so genuine, so supportive, so professional that I couldn’t see my special events without them. I have used their services for many occasions, such as parties, business events, my bridal shower and my wedding! If Monika and her team didn’t have my day available for my wedding. I would have changed the whole day of my wedding because they truly are the DREAM team. Not only do they make you look amazing, they make you feel amazing! Monika and her team have always listened to all my wishes and made them come true! I 10000% couldn’t wish for a better team, and I am so lucky to have been able to have used them for my biggest days. We hired Makeup Worx for myself (the bride) and my 6 bridesmaids as well as my Mother. They did a fantastic job and we all felt super glammed up for my big day! The airbrush foundation they used made my skin look and feel flawless without drying out my skin. Monika was super helpful answering all my annoying bridal questions and our day of team of Meaghan, Cat and Michelle made us all feel so beautiful! I cannot reccomend this group more for all your hair and makeup glam needs!

I was a 2022 bride and overall my makeup and hair turned out nice, but unfortunately did not have the best experience. Overall, I found the owner very rude, short, and ingenuine. It seemed like all the wanted was a sale. She absolutely preached that a trail was needed and worth it and on the day of my wedding the girl who did my trial wasn't even the same girl who did my hair on the day of (even though I requested her to be and was told that would be possible). It was absolutely not worth the time or money to do a trial in my opinion. Out of all my wedding vendors this is the only one I would not recommend or rehire. It wasn't horrible but I do believe there are better hair and makeup companies out there. Please check out "True Beauty Niagara" or "Beauty Done by Vee"

Monika and her team did an amazing job with our wedding makeup/hair. They went above and beyond and we’re always so helpful. They made everyone feel and look beautiful!! I highly recommend MakeupWorx and I will be using them again for any future makeup/hair looks I need!!

I had the pleasure of having my bridal/bridal party hair and makeup done by Makeup Worx for our wedding this past September, and I would not have had it any other way! Everything from arranging the services with Monika, to my bridal trials, to the day of our wedding with artists Stephanie and Nadine, and stylist Michelle were perfect. They are professional, reliable, prepared, friendly, and above all -- incredibly talented. They made my dreams come true. Makeup Worx is extraordinary, they are a bunch of powerful woman that build confidence with enhancing your own beauty. I have been going to Makeup Worx for over a year for spray tans and let me tell you that the level of perfection is something you only see celebrities get. No smudges, no orange tinge… just natural and glowing. Sarah and Monika are experts and they make you feel comfortable every step of the way.I also hired Makeup Worx to beautify my bridal party for my wedding, and it was the best choice I’ve ever made. Naomi listened to each of the girls concerns and desired makeup looks for the day, and she nailed it! Everyone looked flawless with the airbrush makeup that was used. AND it lasted from 6am to 2am!!! The best part? It doesn’t even feel like you’re wearing makeup, it’s so light, yet gives great coverage.Michelle was in charge of hair. I like to refer to her as an actual hair god. You can show her a quick view of a hairstyle and she brings every detail to life on your head! She made me feel so beautiful with my long curls (that also stayed in ALL night). Every bridesmaid was to have a half up/half down hairdo and yet each of them looked different in their own unique and beautiful way. She also styled my Mom and Mother-in-law with intricate, but delicate up-dos. I Highly recommend Michelle.Monika has a great team! I hired the MakeupWorx team for my wedding and engagement photos are honestly it was one of the best decisions I made!! Since the wedding, my bridal party has been sending me messages saying "How do I afford Monika and team every day?!", "They were the best makeup/hair team ever!" to swooning over their looks on some sneak peek pictures we received!First of all, Monika, Katrina, and Cat truly made us all feel our best, most confident, and beautiful selves on my wedding day. From the most glam looks to the simplest for my grandma, the team did such an exceptional job and I am beyond appreciative. I personally felt like the most beautiful version of myself and felt like I radiated inside and out throughout the day!Beyond our looks themselves, the team brought such a beautiful energy to our wedding day morning! We used MakeupWorx for our wedding makeup this past weekend. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. Monika was always so pleasant and responsive when communicating via text/email, and during our makeup trial + wedding day makeup she was so positive, hilarious and supportive. She continuously told us all how beautiful we were and knew how to make you feel great (on top of making us LOOK great). Monika and Naomi are beyond talented at what they do. They personalized the make up look to each bridesmaid and made them feel beautiful. Also for the moms and my grandma. They made sure not to over so it and ensured they looked light and airy.The hair team was wonderful!
