I went last night to pick up a few things, the store was like a ghost town. I changed the way I was going to do the repair of this Chair 3 times as there seemed to be way more empty shelves than normal. The last item I needed were 1/4" flat washers, they had 4 types, Plaited, black, Galvanized, and fender. All the bins were empty I pulled them all the way out nothing to be found. I was able find 2 1/4 "plated washers in the 5/6" galvanized bin. I looked around to find some help but I found no one. I forgot to go back and take a picture of that bin as I did for the others bolts and nuts. When I went pay for the all my items the clerk wanted me to wait while she tracked down someone to price 2 washers worth $.25 each. Really, they don't have a miscellaneous item button she could use. I had to stop at a second store for 4 washers they $.17 each. When I got to my sons house to do the repair he laughed at me for going to Rona+.

Today was a great start to my morning…Nancy in the paint department was super helpful picking out stain for outdoor use, gave me a few tips to ensure success…thanks Nancy the project turned out perfect…I always find the Rona team kind and helpful 👍

The stores gone down hill, outside looks shabby. The parking lot is a disaster pot holes are abundant and so deep I almost threw my one year old out of the cart running into one. What is with the tool selection? Massive store 2 chalk lines both of which are trash? The cart bunker outside looks like it got caught in a wind storm and never was relocated? Is this the best we can do? I’ll just go to Home Depot from now on

I would like to give a big thanks to Gerry at flooring. This was the best customer service I have ever received. He was extremely resourceful when it came to renovations and went the extra mile. We will be going back to Rona on Barton for all future home renovations.

Had a price check on an item, guy went on break first, took 15 minutes to verify I had the correct price from the tag on the rack where the dustbin was... not happy with the delay. But it saved me $3.50

I got 3 samples of paint and one was called 'natural white' and the lady never added in any tones or pigmentation she just gave me the raw white paint. When I questioned her why she never added anything into it she responded, white is white, I have been doing this 35 years, it all looks the same on the wall.. When I went back to get a can of it there was another lady there and she added in tones. I told her what had happened, she said she had to scan the bar code on the back to get the color. When I went home, the color was completely different and looked light blue! Not to mention I did 2 coats and it was still transparent! Completely awful paint department!! DO NOT GET PAINT HERE !! I am happy to say I did complain and get my money back for the 2 cans I bought. After arguing with them 😑

Massive home improvement store with great selection and an indoor lumber yard. They also have rental vans on-site that you can rent for $25 for 90 min to transport stuff you can't carry in your own vehicle. You just need a driver's license, proof of insurance, and a credit card for a $500 refundable deposit.

I had a great experience shopping at Rona recently. The store had everything I needed for my home improvement project, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me to the right products and offered useful advice. The checkout process was smooth, and I found the prices to be very reasonable.
