we came looking for big boxes to help us prepare for our move, and Dylan helped us by bringing out a big pile of boxes, unloaded the veggies super fast, and gave us those empty boxes in no time! appreciate his willingness to help and kindness very much :) great staff overall!

This store is very clean, organized for ease of locating items you need, and staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are unbeatable and I love shopping there. When you go there, remember to bring a Loonie for the shopping cart.

I cannot explain how grateful I am about the excellent customer service from Paveo meat at the No Frills, Rymal location in Hamilton. They are a third party in the store and specialize in unique cuts of meat, meat products, and "delicacies" not found in many stores in the area, such as beef organs, tongue, testicles, brains (by order) - for those consuming such products. Prices are very reasonable, meat is freshly packed. I did not get the name of the gentleman assisting me today but he was very generous, approachable and willing to serve the best.

Good store but I just have to say that I don't agree with making students line up outside to get in. You are basically profiling them and assuming they will shoplift. Do u know who else is likely to shoplift? Refugees and low income parents. But of course, you can't profile them! So why the students?? It's a bad look, No Frills. ?

Previously 4 star. Since the grocery industry became bandits... Will only buy minimum . At one time we would look around and try different things ... Not any more.
In spite of that: this store does have lots of choice. Particularly when buying packaged vegetables and fruits check the package. Yeah! Food at stupid prices! I'd say we buy a fraction of the usual. We like Costco, and shop the specials.
And wish these guys would take off that $2 charity donation. Between the rip off prices and other costs people are furious and the panhandling grinds in the insult!
Yeah, it's a grocery store!

Too many fruits and veggies are moldy, expired items on the shelves, this store used to be one of the best but it's gone really, really downhill in the past year or so. It's unfortunate because I do like the organic and international selection they offer here but I've seen way too many products way past their expiration/best before dates and it just turned me off completely trusting anything else like the meat. Pretty much just as bad as the Upper James location, the only clean No Frills in Hamilton seems to be the smallest one on Upper Paradise. Maybe time to retrain your staff, especially since most of them are kids.

Not as clean as I would like. Produce looks old and about to turn and selling for top$$. Staff was nice.

nice clean store, friendly staff. However certain products in the store are hard to obtain due to low stock quantity or just none at all ie: Silk flavored creamer. Not sure if its a supplier issue or store but frequently disappointed when looking for some items due to this reason, have to shop elsewhere because of it to find what I need.
