We purchased a dining table in September from the Stone Church Rd location and got it delivered.We were told at the shop, assembling will be done on delivery. On delivery, the delivery guys told us they never use to do the assembling.Till now the whole set is not complete. We are still waiting for the missing item.We have approached so many time and they always keep on changing the date of the missing item which needs to delivered.Yesterday they called and informed us to pick up the item from neighboring city warehouse.
What type of Customer Service is this ?This is one one of the worst customer service i have experienced and will never ever visit the this store again..I have used Leons from different city and they keeps there word.

I just purchased a BBQ from Leons. It took over a month for it to be delivered and then I had it on my deck waiting for the assembler to come and install it. When he took it out of the box, it was damaged. I called Leons immediately and was told to call the manufacturer. No accountability to their customers. Just pass the buck. Poor customer service, and a money grab.

We purchased a sectional in August, we were told at the time only 3 pieces were available of the 6, 2 seats and a middle console with cup holders. So decided that it will be ok because we were told our set would be available for Oct, possibly sooner, we could manage for a few weeks. Then Oct comes and nothing, not even a call to say anything, I called the store Oct 4 and was told "oh possibly November, not any sooner" explained that I was not happy about this. We paid 2000$ with our flexiti account and just over 700 cash. The woman on the phone said well there's nothing I can do, you can come pick something else or get a refund that's what I can offer you. I certainly wasn't expecting that type of answer but whatever I let it go. Spoke with my husband so he said call the sales person we dealt with Nick. He was off and was told he would call us Friday, it came and went, it's Tuesday tomorrow and well I'm definitely not anticipating a call. I paid already so Leon's doesn't care because they got their money. But I'm paying flexiti for something I don't have, so I'm paying 100$ a month for furniture I do not have WE ALSO HAVE NOTHING TO SIT ON. Honestly they have really poor customer service. Like why sell something they can't offer, not even say hey here is a couch until yours comes in, or since you don't have the furniture then you don't have to pay until it's delivered. Not pleased whatsoever. We were planning on buying more. But we will go elsewhere, just for the horrible customer service.

It was really not worthed to deal with these guys, they didn't do their job according to what promised, they keep delaying the delivery and the way they talk to their customers is not tolerable, so I hope you guys learn how to respect your customers and deal with them, don't lie to your customers if you can't delivery on-time.
