Broke both the taillights in my truck when there was absolutely no reason to remove them. Didn't tell me and after one of them fell out on the highway offered to pay half. Then didn't pay the half, admitted to breaking the taillights and took zero responsibility. Owner is incompetent.

Second year customer and I can say the customer service both times have been wonderful. Conner is very personable and client oriented. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, wish I caught her name. See you guys next year

went in to have rust protection done on my car, and am very happy with the results. owner and staff were super friendly and professional! I have moved from the area, but will continue to recommend this location to my friends in Hamilton! :)

They did a very good job and were very careful to not over spray inside the car. But didn't clean with water very well the exterior.Very friendly environment

When I went to collect my Mustang after rustproofing, there was oil spray all over the interior. Connor, the owner, cleaned it after I complained. There was no explanation of why this occurred, and I had to take time out of my day to later go back and get the car. More significanty, the driver's side mirror was shattered and pushed in as a result of some violent force. I recieved no explanation of how this happened, and no employee came out to apologize. The fact that my car was presented to me in this condition was absurd. I was told to order the part for the mirror and that they would reimburse me for it. It was kind of shocking that there was no offer of any kind of refund or discount for the rustproofing, given that they had just damaged my car. It was mid-pandemic, in 2021, and it took 9 months for the part to arrive, during which time I had to drive around without a side view mirror, which was annoying and somewhat dangerous. When I finally contacted Connor, the Krown owner, for him to reimburse me for the cost of the mirror, I got no reply. I left a follow-up message that also got no reply. Today, 2 years later, I got a voicemail from the shop explaining that I had fallen behind with my seasonal rustfproofing appointments. I called the shop and spoke to Connor. He remembered the incident from 2021 and apologized for it, just the way he had apologized at the time, but offered no explanation as to why he never returned my messages and why he never reimbursed me for the cost of the mirror, as he had agreed to do. As they say, Talk Is Cheap.

I took both our cars here a while back and once we got the cars back, i noticed thete was oil everywhere. They had sprayed the oil on all the engine parts including the engine belts, timing belt and inside the door which was leaking of oil. I spend $3000 replacing all the engine/timing belts since they were slipping due to the oil. My wife's and my cloths and our shoes were also ruined because of the oil that was dripping from the interior of the car doors. I will never ever rust protect my cars again, its just cheaper this way to let it rust rather than spending thousands replacing parts.Service: General repairs & maintenance
