They used to have great costumer service. Not anymore. They are rude and not friendly at all. Very bad attitude. So sad.

I'm not very well informed on technical issues. I went to the koodo booth in the Limeridge mall for help with my cellphone problem. I wasn't happy with the person who served me. I left and will go to Costco in the next few days and get a new phone and different carrier.

Excellent service and customer care at this Koodo desk in the middle of limeridge mall across from Browns shoe store. The tall, young man who helped my family and I switch from one service provider to Koodo was very helpful and professional. He explained the process well. Unfortunately I forget his name but I highly recommend his help. (His name consisted of two letters)

I changed providers and phone to Koodo after being with my other provider for 30 years on Black Friday 2023.I find the service is lower than mediocre. I have been back to the store after numerous phone calls, only to have the SIM card changed. Issues still occur. One concerning issue is When I Make a Call... and it's a Busy Signal. It takes 5 to 6 seconds to finally disconnect the call to redial. Why ? My other phone, and provider I was able to hang up a busy signal and redial right away.I'm certainly Not impressed. The phone keeps freezing multiple times a day, which I constantly close whatever windows are open. I hate this phone and service. I went from a Samsung to a Google Pixel.Trying to actually speak to a person for Help is Useless and a Waste of Your Day ! Then afterwards, Koodo texts constantly for a Review. They should be paying me For My Time !

Got prepaid activated at the store and now I cannot send or receive msgs. Went back to the store and the manager said it’s not his issue I should go to the Apple Store. Common sense tells me it’s sim problem but as usual they don’t listen. I’ve lost 3 hours now waiting at the Apple Store to prove them wrong. When I’m done I’ll switch to chatr the service is bad anyway.

I had a really love experience with the staff there about a week ago. Had a little trouble finding the location and ended up at wow mobile both who lied to me and said there was no koodo both and gave me a very bad deal. But when I talked to the koodo both they helped me undo the bad deal I got from wow and get the one I wanted, talked me through all the steps of the contract and answered all my questions. They helped me build a package that was right for me and I really appreciate it. I'm very sorry I can't remember that staff members who helped me as I'd love to give him props for all he did!!!!

Spoke to the service rep at the Kudo store, and he was helpful, knowledgeable and new his business. I was able to resolve a phone question I had had for a little bit. He was able to validate certain concerns I had about a phone I had, as well as my old phone.

Oliver Rodo is one of the most efficient, kind, considerate and knowledgeable people I have met. A superstar. Customer service is hard - you run into all sorts of characters and some are really hard to deal with. I am certain that Oliver does so with aplomb and kindness. Wonderful service!!!On that note, I also have to a review for Megan Conway - also a superstar. While Oliver was assisting me, Megan had patience and compassion with a customer who was having difficulties organizing his thoughts. She thoughtfully guided him through to a successful transaction at the end, and smiled the whole time. Such kindness and compassion seems to be a rare and incredible trait to find these days. Megan and Oliver, you are awesome!!!!
