Very unprofessional and Lack of Care!
Honestly worst location to take your car for any needs of yours tbh. If anything take it to a actual mechanic shop!
Took my car there after I bought it because it turned hard to the right where it was unsafe, I than went took it to them they did the a 4 wheel alignment after I picked up the car it was still in the same condition as it was before when I called back and asked maybe they had skipped a step because my camber was still off and thry told me they wouldn't skip steps so they only took it for a drive and swapped my tires and did notbing else.
I than took my car to my mechanic shop told me "they didn't do the right steps and were lazy" when they showed me their alignment sheet everything was off. They didn't do their job I've spent money and time off work to get this car right and only to get a run around by this shop.

I had a flat tire and I searched in Google which shop I should go. So I found this shop with good reviews. But you can't trust most reviews. I took a chance and called. Stephanie said they were busy, but she told me to come at 11 am. They were so quick. I never gave 5 stars if they didn't really give me a good service but this shop, I highly recommend.

I went here a few months ago for a realignment. The recpetionist was friendly, the mechanic told us after he worked on the car he "hates working on european cars". They told me the back bolts are seized but it won't affect the driving. I asked for a quote to fix this and the receptionist said they would send one via email and they never did. I guess they really don't like working on european cars...

Changing to summer tires on existing rims left my vehicle shaking violently at highway speeds. Was asked to come in at 7:30 opening (which I appreciate as I had to drive that morning) only to be told they could not service my vehicle at the prescribed time, and it would be at least another two hours. You left my vehicle in essentially an undriveable state and then couldn’t meet your own expectations for repair.

I called them when I told them it was an emergency with smoke at the back of my tire. They took me right away without any appointment and then I important that was and they take care of us right away even though they kept the car for the rest of the afternoon, the car was in the good hand

Had a screw in my tire which was then flat. Had a terrible day. Brought my car in the same day to get the tire fixed and they did it super quick and didn’t even charge me. Good end to my bad day! Thank you!
