Brought in my nine year old Mac Book air for repair when trackpad stopped working (wasn’t clicking). Fix took a few minutes and charge was minimal. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly and FAST (most importantly). I honestly I prefer the customer service experience at this store over the Apple Store.

Brought my brand new iPhone 16 in as it wouldn’t work to set up. They told me it would be 3 hours to fix and upon picking it up they fought with me about what phone number was on the file. I told them I did not give them a phone number as my number had already been transferred to that phone via eSIM so they couldn’t contact me by phone number regardless. When finally receiving the phone back they had been testing the audio and video by watching weird videos on YouTube like ones called “why does it hurt when I pee” and yes, they searched this it did not auto play - I checked. After all that, the phone was indeed not fixed and I just ended up returning it and switching the my old phone again cause I didn’t trust them to fix it.

Horrible customer service, I went in to grab only a charger for my apple watch, I waited 10 minutes for employee assistance and never received any until approaching two employees having a conversation. They ignored me initially but after splitting the conversation to have one of them assist me the employee was very rude and ignored almost everything I said to him. Even after pointing at what I wanted he still grabbed me the wrong product and became frustrated with me after correcting them. As a retail employee I find this behaviour unacceptable, I can find better service at canadian tire. For a store that requires an employee to even grab your own products the customer service they provide is bottom of the barrel. I won’t be shopping here anymore and recommend others do the same, for you can find better service at any other tech store available

I had an appointment for a broken trackpad on my MacBook Pro. I arrived to the appointment and after waiting 25 minutes they finally looked at my device. The employee stated that the entire casing of the laptop needed to be replaced as the trackpad was not able to be replaced on its own and it would be better to buy a new laptop completely. (I knew from experience that this was not true). After another 5 minutes, the employee came back and “remembered” that the model/year was able to just have the trackpad replaced I was quoted $200 and something dollars and paid and was told it would be ready in 5-7 business days. 3 days later the technician contacted me and said that there would be a difference of around $150 that I would have to pay upon pickup. Finally went to pick it up and no one at the service desk. After 20 minutes an employee finally asked me if I needed help with something and I was able to get it back. While I was waiting, I overheard a customer come in with a broken camera on their iPhone 15, the employee stated that they couldn’t replace the camera and the whole phone needed to be replaced. Clearly they are only out for the money and don’t care about the customers. I feel sorry for people that don’t have a technological background and have to rely on these places for support. Probably the worst place I have ever dealt with for repairs and professionalism would definitely not recommend. Reconsidering buying Apple products all together after dealing with this “authorized” sketchy business.

The sales associate Matt was very friendly and funny and made me want to buy a phone even though I already have one! 10/10 experience and 10/10 service :)

Utterly disgraceful. The apple support booked me an appointment for a specific time. I showed up on time and I was told I had to come back in a few days and I would have to leave my computer with them for a few days. They only have one apple person and are training another. They are backlogged due to back to school. School has been on for four weeks now!!!!!! Everyone needs an appointment in that case!!!!!!
When you make an appointment, it needs to be honoured !!!!!
Completely unacceptable and incompetent!!! This is the first time I have ever had to write a review like this, any kind of review truth be known.

I took my iPad that wouldn't charge here in hopes they could fix it. They took it for diagnostics, and told me it was bent and would cost ~800$ to replace. I'm a student and can't afford this, so I just took my broken iPad back.
I told my friend about the experience and he asked if he could take a look, he cleaned my charging port with pressurized air and googled how to force start it. My iPad charged and now works perfectly.
If I had listened to the Jump+ employee, I would have wasted 800$ on an easy fix that they didn't even try. If the Jump+ employee simply googled "how to force start iPad" like my friend did, they would have been able to fix my iPad. Highly disappointing from Apple. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Came to buy 16 plus,the salesperson said he will help after a customer who was waiting,we waited there and then he went to help another white lady,after helping the customer who was waiting.We left the store without buying.There was another lady salesperson who behaved the same way last time we weny and this time also she acts as if we are invisible.Going to another store now.Ridiculous customer service..time-11.30 am on 23rd september 2024

Arman was the best. He helped me upgrade my phone, got me on a new plan with like 5x the data and I only ended up paying $10 more per month than what I used to. He’s really knowledgeable and helped me get an amazing deal. 10/10 recommend coming here if you need to get a new phone.

Absolute waste of time, terrible service. Waited an hour (because they booked multiple appointments at the same time) for someone to look at our Mac-book. Brought it in for track pad issue and we have a small crack in the screen, so the “genius” told us they could not fix the track pad without also fixing the screen. Was also told by multiple representatives that we would most likely have to replace the entire system and that was the best route, without even taking the time to look at the Mac once for possible solutions. Total money grab, thank you for wasting our day off! 1 star is too much for this place.

Was here this evening to purchase the imac for my son. Waited for 15 minutes for this guy to finish helping a woman. After he was done he completely ignored us and went on to help two ladies. I couldn't believe it. This guy looked right us and ignored us.i started to wave my arms and he came over and was incredibly rude. You lost $2,000.00 sale tonight with that rudeness. I purchased the imac on the apple website. Won't go here ever again
