If you have a finicky eater, or a little four legged allergy potato residing in your home, rest assured, John will offer you sage advice. His love for what he does, his experience and expertise within his feild is so very evident. This is what provides us with a sound mind and reassurance that we know our little fur nugget is in knowledge and caring hands with respect to his dietary needs.

AMAZING locally owned pet supply store. Due to a physical injury I was unable to get out. Using the Uber ap I opted for delivery and took advantage of a 40% off offer. I chose JT pets instead of a big box chain store. Unfortunately the dog food I desperately needed was not delivered . I called the store and was lucky enough speak to the owner. He was so kind and understanding. Without hesitation he offered to personally deliver the food. He honored the price I paid on the app ad well. When he showed up at my house he also brought numerous samples and had a smile. EXCELLENT service and and interaction. SUPPORT LOCAL.

Small shop in the Farmers market. Cats are happy with the brand of kitty litter they sell, and location is convenient. Wish there were more Weruva BFF flavors in stock though.

yesterday, while browsing the hamilton market, i stumbled upon JT Pets. i was in search of a small treat for my dog, otis, who unfortunately will be saying goodbye to us next week.
as i explained my situation to the man at the shop, he met me with genuine empathy. he understood the pain i was going through and took the time to chat with me.
on my way out, he surprised me with a handful of treats and food for otis's last few days, along with his best wishes. his compassion touched my heart.
i recommend this pet store for their exceptional customer service and the heartfelt connections they make with their customers.

They deliver all around Hamilton! It’s so convenient. We get raw food; and they have set up a preset delivery schedule, we never have to worry about not having food for our 2 fur babies. The service is 10/10, theres no other place we would support, order your dog food from JT pets, you will not be disappointed! The owner John goes above and beyond for his customers. #supportlocal

This tiny shop packs a big punch!Located in our beautiful farmers' market, the (also) tiny staff are tremendously helpful-for example, I bought a new brand today and Kiara sent us home with a sample to try first, to make a return easier if necesary. (Won't be! She loved it!)They source as close to home as possible, featuring many Hamiltonian products, but any other products from farther afield, are carefully curated based on quality and quantity of ingredients. There is a lot of Canadian made product here.They offer delivery, some at no cost and reaching beyond the Marktets' operating hours.The only two people I've ever dealt with are the owner and Kiara, who are knowlegeable, helpful and just darn nice.I love getting to support a small local business and our Market and I hope you'll give them your business as they truly deserve it.Keep it up, guys, you're awesome!

I just came to check stuff out ! Young Man who was working when been I was there was very friendly & suggested that I call and ask the owner/his uncle if we can order the Kitty litter we use ! That maybe ? easier if I could get it in stores rather then online?

I love JT Pets! The staff is always so friendly, so kind and so excited to help! The cost is a lil more expensive here but I'd rather support a local business! Everytime I go, I'm able to get my dog a very nice treat!
