Absolutely garbage service from the pen hitting the paperwork, gives others information that is to be private, book appointment for a tmi sensor go in a week later oh sorry the tech you need is on vacation when booked ahead of time, 2mths later need new safety done un willing to even help and when they say I'll look into it call you back in 20mins which turned into calling them back to get same response and then 1.5hrs still nothing and find that person is on break again and 3hr mark call again to so ya I talked to service manager earlier and ya nothing we can do it's past 60 day warranty as a used vehicle. Hands washed. Service, staff and whole shop is unprofessional and I'm absolutely disgusting by spending $30k on a vehicle there, and I should have learned my lesson in 2000 w similar issues. Zero stars

Sad to write this but had same issue now the other side wheel bearing except 9 months later being told it'll be 200 more then the last one because of price inflation lmao my car gets older worthless and part get to go up 200 plus no we have to stop this bs NOW 6months later after post another 100 ontop of bill every time i call 100 more lmao ur a JOKE HORRIBLE LLACE TO TAKE A VEHICLE TO BE READYFOR RHE EXTRA COSTS

recently had my 2021 Dodge Charger Daytona serviced at Johnston Chrysler and was charged $564 for a headlight bulb, $7.94 for a fuse, and an additional half-hour labor. Unfortunately, there was no communication about the labor charge, nor was I informed that the fuse was blown-I found that out only by reviewing the work order myself.
I requested the parts to be returned to me and I got blank stares by the service advisor.
Her exact quote "I'd never pay that much money for a headlight bulb, I would ride dirty"
To make matters worse, my driver's side headlight has started to go out intermittently right after being at Johnston, accompanied by another melted micro fuse.
I replaced the fuse myself and works perfectly fine, saved myself nearly another $800
This experience has been frustrating, and I feel the diagnosis could have been handled much better, given that melted fuses are a known issue with Chargers equipped with HID headlight bulbs.

This afternoon i had an appointment
for a Peace of mind service plus a
tune up and oil change !
The service tech completed what
i would call a comprehensive inspection
of pretty much most of the important
items one needs to check when their
vehicle reaches 90,000 km .
As this is our one and only vehicle
and we can’t afford a new one it
is reasonable to maintain it in top
performing condition !
When i texted to book an appointment
on their online website they were
fairly quick to respond and i was in
there within 2 days although i could
have been in there next day but had
a few appointments elsewhere .
The Service Advisor ladies at front
desk are always curteous , prompt,
polite, and well informed in all our
Van’s aspects and services !
By what i have observed in the few
years i’ve been bringing our grand
caravan here for servicing the staff
are all on the same page , first rate
vehicle service and customer
satisfaction !

I just wanna warn people about this place I went there for an oil change and when I got my car back which is a dodge ram have in the middle a phone holder for 2 phone the holder was completely broken after an oil change and when I went back to tell them the issues they said I am lie and they didn’t believe me and they wanted me to pay 120 dollar for a check up why is that broke one of there employees said who bring cars out oh it must been one of hour technician and they still wanted to charge me a 120 dollar for a diagnostic this is just outrageous they don’t respect people properties and when you confront them about it and they ask you to pay I would never bring my car to this place ever again worst experience Hamilton upper James dodge !!!! Customer service if I could give a negative 100 I would !!!
Don’t hold up there responsibility!!!!

Complete waste of time bringing your vehicle in here. I had an appointment scheduled for 930am, and was told they'd have my truck ready for noon. I called for an update just after lunch, and they hadn't even looked at my truck yet. They were just taking it out for a test run....
I received a call at 2pm stating that the issue was identified, and that they have the parts on hand. I was told that I'd get my truck back that afternoon. I received another phone call about 10 minutes later saying that my truck might have to stay overnight, but would be ready first thing the following morning (Saturday). I was fine with that, but still not thrilled. Then at 230 I received another phone call stating that it was 'too late' in the day to start working on my truck, and that they need until Monday afternoon to do the repair. What were they doing all morning?
I took the day off work to have the repairs done l, and they accomplished very little in the 6 hours that they had my vehicle. I was offered a discount on labor to make up for their poor service, but they were already trying to charge me double the price in the first place. So I'd avoid this place, unless you want to be constantly lead on and lied to

I purchased 2023 Pacifica Hybrid Pinnacle and I had 8 mini vans from first being a Voyager to Caravan from the Johnston Family. I feel like I won the lotto driving this vehicle. Frank was amazing to deal with and took the time twice to show us all the features. I am not a warranty guy but Andrew was amazing to deal with and I felt with all battery and technology the warranty coves North America Chrysler dealers. Only thing is the middle seats don't stow like previous models because of the batteries but Frank showed us how easy it is to take the two middle seats out but like previous models the back stow and go. It's also not recommend to tow but we only want class 2 trailer hitch to carry EV Bikes. It was a nice touch Frank and his team taking a picture of us with van. From Reception to everyone in the dealer they treat you like family. Hope it helps.

Called ahead and made an appointment to have a key programmed. After waiting for over 1.5hrs i was told that their equipment is not working and there is nothing they can do to help. When i asked if they can help me solution or find a dealership that can help, i was told that i was on my own. Thanks for doing less than the bare minimum and wasting my afternoon.
RESPONSE: Thank you Bill, we have successfully programmed the key. One of your competitors sat with us, called around, and helped us find dealership with the required equipment. Your advice to find another dealership was absolutely on point!

It has been 3 weeks since I got my new Jeep Compass Trail Hawk and " I just love it." Thanks to Frank Chrysler for all his help with the sale.
Would highly recommend Johnston Chrysler, have been with this dealership for over 30 years and all my new cars have been serviced by them Have even used their GO Valet for the past 2 years. Thanks for the good service.
