I saw this flower shop the other day, and decided to order flowers ahead of time. I asked for tulips and lilies. The woman on the phone only asked how much I want to spend. She was hasty to hang up, and did not give me a moment to say, or ask me, what colours I would prefer. 5 days later, 3 lilies did not blossom, and the colour of the tulips is a very gloomy off-red colour. I cut the bottoms and changed the water every day. Very disappointing experience, wouldn’t return or recommend.

I ordered flowers for the first time from Jean’s. I upgraded to a deluxe arrangement. I was disappointed. The arrangement was smaller than even the basic one shown online. The vase looked much shorter and the greenery details that drew me to my selection were no where to be found. Filler flowers used were not in the same colour scheme as the arrangement. Very disappointing.

If you are questioning whether or not to order from here DO IT! Exceptional customer service; they worked with me so closely on day switches for delivery and were so accommodating and understanding. We ordered the tea cup flower arrangement and it was creatively and beautifully made!! I will never order flowers from anywhere else. I would give a higher score if I could :)

Beautiful boutonnière and corsage, until we put them on. REAKED like fish and smelt terrible. Not sure why but we didn’t end up using them because we would’ve smelt like fish. Would like to get a refund.EDIT: I called and explained the situation and had a very nice lady help refund my purchase. Great customer service!

Amazing, wonderful, friendly people. I got an emergency text from my daughter night before the wedding that future mother in law didn’t get her bouquet as was arranged. They were in a different city from me. Wedding morning a wonderful young lady served me. And with no reservations made a beautiful bouquet with 1/2 an hour!Thank you so much. The bride looked beautiful with her beautiful bouquet from Jeans Flower shop ?

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. We were referred by a friend to come here to get our flowers for our wedding. We met with Cathy for our consultation. She made us feel SO COMFORTABLE and treated us like family right away. It was hard for us to articulate what we wanted but with her guidance and years of experience she put together a beautiful flower itinerary for our wedding. And wow it was beautiful on our wedding day. I'm absolutely stunned. Everyone at Jean's Flower Shop is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Cathy is so friendly we ended up just chatting with her and in this process we made a new friend. Amazing service, amazing flowers and they're just great honest people that you will love as soon as you enter the door. Any future plans I have that require flowers I'm coming here! Seriously! Thank you Cathy and everyone else at the flower shop for making our wedding day so special.

They provided the florals for my wedding in October 2023 and really delivered on what they promised. The staff were super helpful and willing to work with me as I ironed out the details of what I wanted, even matching reference photos I’d send them of things I liked. I would definitely use them again for my floral needs in the future.

A friend sent flowers to us from Jean’s Flower Shop. A text was sent to my cell phone upon delivery. It was nice to see them at the door and even nicer when I was able to remove the cellophane once inside. The flowers were fresh, fragrant and looked beautiful.
