Prices are too high for the products they sell. If you want any quality item for your cell phone, I recommend shopping on Amazon because you will get the same product for 1/3 of the price. Also, In Touch don't give refunds, they only do exchanges.
I don't recommend buying anything from here if you want to be financially responsible and keep your hard earned money in your pocket.

I recently visited IN TOUCH to get my phone fixed, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional.
Abdullah, the technician who worked on my phone, did an exceptional job, and my phone was returned to me in perfect working condition.
Overall, I highly recommend IN TOUCH for any mobile repair needs. With employees like Abdullah and Devanshi, you can be assured of top-notch service and a job well done.

Most wholesome people I’ve met in a long time give me a little bit of hope for Society. I had left my shoes there that I had just bought from Foot Locker. Someone tried to take them, but they didn’t let them and they held onto the shoes for me and didn’t let them go for anyone until they saw me remembered me and gave me back the shoes, amazing people and amazing cases. They have highly recommend these guys.

Shout out to the staff at In Touch Tech Solutions. I needed a phone for my live streaming and the staff knew exactly how to help. They recommended me an amazing phone for a really good price and took the time to help me backup and save all of my important information such as my photos and text messages. Approximately 3 months ago, I bought a new phone for use abroad. I have not used the phone at all, only keeping it charged. Today, when it could not turn on, I returned to the IN TOUCH kiosk for help. A guy took the battery out, "cleaned" it, then turned the phone on. He told me I needed to buy a new battery!!! I told him I had bought the phone new...right there, just a couple months ago. I asked to exchange the phone, but they refused. The young wonan there told me to bring the phone back if it did not work, and they would help me, as there was still a warranty on the phone for another 3 months. I specifically stated that I needed help TODAY, that is why I was there, that I needed to exchange the phone. She then proceeded to give me all kinds of reasons why the phone was not working, that it was sitting inactive for 2 months, etc. After listening to nonsense excuses for about 15 minutes, I left. When I got home, I tried to turn the phone on...nothing doing.This is the worst, most inexcusable customer service I have ever had anywhere. I have to return that new phone that does not work (AGAIN) and only hope that they will honour the warranty.I would give them ZERO stars, if I could. Their behaviour and policy make them hard to deal with. The young woman was BRUTAL in her attitude!!
