Complete waste of time. Emailed Sam numerous times about new iPhones. He assured me that what they had were brand new phones - several times. Ask for the IMEI in advance. This should have been the red flag as he was hesitant to provide them. Got to the kiosk only tofto phones that were pieced together with accessories. They were not brand new. Thanks Sam for wasting my time. If I could give you zero stars I would. Not the way to do business.

We have bought 6 iPhones from here over the past several years. All iPhones worked flawlessly. Was born in the morning but not yesterday morning. I knew the phones were not new. But well cared for newer model iPhones with itech warranty behind them. NOTE: when the price is close to 50% off retail ( plus extra's ) It's not Brand New, New, or Demo. This way we get to upgrade often

Drove 45 minutes to get a note 9 that they said they have over the phone. Show up and he says the phone isn't available because its locked to an American company. And then he tried selling me a note 8. Which I had no interest in. What a waste of time. Don't bother going there.

Posting this for my brother....Shawn (hope I spelled this right) is a GOD!!Dropped my phone, the screen was unaccessible, I thought I was going to lose everything on it. Take it to I Tech I was told, they can help you...so I took it and they did!! They managed to get everything off my phone and it didn't cost a lot...thank you Shawn!!

Brought my phone in for a screen replace - and now the touch ID doesn't work. Turns out, they didn't save the original home button and it won't ever work again!!Edit: I'm going to update this because I recently took my phone to a different shop for different repair & they were able to fix my home button!I brought my phone in for you to repair the damage done and both times the home button stopped working within a few hours. I stand by my review.

I had the fortune of meeting Mohammed Sarraf on March 12th 2019 at ITech. I had to purchase a new phone and he helped me recover all of my contacts, music, photos, apps, my calendar and my personal notes from my broken phone. Mohammed is a very patient, kind young man able to help me and multi task with other customers that came along while I was there. Thanks again for all your help.
