“Was absolutely worth the drive from Cambridge(especially since I got royally lost- but a nice member of the Hamilton Police service was able to assist me). Selection, awesome. Service, top notch friendly even when pointing out some of my oopsies they were professional and reassuring. They were super prompt at responding to the chat function on their site. Even when helping me- they took the time to acknowledge customers coming in and assured them they'd be assisted.
They don't push unnecessary repairs or upgrades- and he wasn't 100%sure on an upgrade for my super clodbuster- he called his boss and verified my options. Watched him assist a customer with an older model and batteries- he double checked the batteries to ensure if theyd still take a charge - no attempt to not even try and just sell them new ones- very cool to see that kind of honesty and integrity.
Acknowledged my drive time and made sure to triple check that we'd addressed my needed repairs and upgrades (don't tell my gf about those!) Before I left out.

**edit** This is the epitome if small business with top notch service. Due to unforeseen difficulties I was only able to make their 15yr sale with with about 15mins to spare. The store was freaking busy, bu5 the staff still had game face on and were acknowledging any and everyone walking through their door. I've only been 2x before and I walked in to greetings and service that felt like I was long time big spending customer(I'm working on that- don't tell my gf!- it was a great feeling and even more so to see it shared with everyone there. I look forward to continuing my support of this awesome store!!”

“We like to visit this particular BIG B location because we almost always find some decent deals in the $5 & $10 bins. The staff are really nice and a young man named Resse went above the call of duty and remained behind a little while while he graciously allowed us to check our comics front and back which is vitally important because every dollar we spend is potentially a dollar lost if we went home and found damage on said books, there is a no return policy and we would be out money on books that we weren't happy with. So we applaud Big B for allowing us the opportunity.
We will definitely be going back there in the coming weeks. Check them out ! You'll be happy you did. ???”

“Cool shop I like model cars and trains I like die cast model cars and those electric model trains I got a Lamborghini diablo in a purple colour and I love it so much it’s a very nice looking car I keep my model cars as a display in my room.cool shop I would definitely come back to this shop again and buy something again like a die cast model mustang in silver colour.”

“Just went in with my daughter to buy some paints and clay, and the person at cash was super-pleasant and helpful. She helped us scan my teacher account and had such a warm smile:) Unfortunately, as we were leaving, another customer started giving her a hard time, being petty about having to input her phone number to access her account, when all the employee was trying to do was help. This was around 12:45 today. I'm only mentioning the rude customer in case management sees this - your Michael’s staff was patient, tactful and kind. The other customer was definitely not right ?”
