Owners either don’t know there is a difference between natural and synthetic hair products or are just shady. On top of that, the woman is fairly rude. When I asked for a synthetic hair conditioner, first she told me it didn’t matter because there is no difference, then she told me it doesn't exist, so I politely let her know that I have seen specific synthetic hair products and she said “Well, good for you.” very laconically. I like to support local business but will likely never return.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM HERE! I recently bought braiding hair and the quality was bad, the price was double that at Clore, and the lady employee is very very rude. You would save much more money shopping at Clore up the mountain. And you will have a more pleasant shopping experience with people who have more knowledge of black hair. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM HERE!!! For reference, I bought 50” expression braiding hair here for $14.99 a pack. You can buy 52” expression braiding hair (has way more hair in the pack) for $7.99 at clore. Double the price and less hair. DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM HERE!!! They are scamming you
