“Upon arrival to my first class the trainers made the effort to greet me by name when I came in. As well each time I came to class. I thought this was awesome as the same trainers don’t teach all the same classes. The trainers take the time to walk around the room and correct your form and help to push you through the work outs. As well the music is choices are awesome. And a DJ on the Saturday morning class. Idk if that’s all the time but it really added energy to the room. I completed my trail and sighed up to become a member!”
“Had a chance to drop in this morning while in town. Great gym! Clean and tidy, equipment laid out well. And had a great workout with their morning crew. Everyone engaged and supportive, great energy. What you always hope to see when dropping in. 10/10, definitely recommend.”

I say little, because it is smaller in space than any mainstream gym chain, and there is no designated change space, but the patrons and coaches are very respectful of each other. The place is also clean and well maintained. For someone who has never had a gym membership before, this place is the least intimidating space for a fresh start!”

“Love the classes, the instructors really work to make the participants feel welcome, encourage the group to work together, and spend time to correct posture to ensure the best results. My favourite classes are Joint Ventures, which is an amazing class to stretch and restore muscles after a workout, and 2nd favourite is Push the Perimeter, you know that you have had a great workout leaving nothing on the mat!”
“Incredibly well equipped and supplied gym. Very clean and maintained well. Friendly staff and good vibe overall, other patrons very welcoming. Haven't even had a chance to check out the pool yet. The cardio and barbell room could use a few fans for cross ventilation but otherwise been enjoying workouts here already!”

“I've been training with Cigdem at Crunch for 6 month, and it's been such a game-changer! The gym has a decent atmosphere—spacious, and filled with all the equipment you need. But the real highlight is Cigdem. She always tailors the workouts to my goals, push me just the right amount, and keep me motivated with new routines. Whether you're just starting out or are more experienced, Cigdem really knows how to help you level up. Highly recommend the trainer!!!”

I ended up finding The Gym on Fennell and that all changed. This is a fantastic gym with great equipment and excellent staff. It is always clean and never gets too crowded.
Sean helped me multiple times throughout my time at the gym and always offered exemplary service. If I was not moving, I would stay at this gym as long as possible.”
