Overall friendly and welcoming.
I had my hair cut by Kiren. I am very pleased with the quality. We exchanged haircare tips, and I learned something new. I also have a new favourite hair style! 💖😊
My partner also had a cleanup done by another stylist (I didn't quite catch her name), and the result looks great!

Got my haircut a week ago developed a super bad razor rash on my neck and the hairdresser left a bunch of long clumps of hair on the back of my head where it was supposed to be cut to 1 length. Never going to this location again. Back to rymal where i have never had a bad cut.
Update: had to get a haircut short notice so took a chance again at this location. Lexi cut my hair things seemed ok but rather quick. When I got home and did my hair noticed clumps of hair on the back of my head once again where it should have been buzzed to a one. Long hairs around the ears as well. Guess that's what I get for going here again... if you go here and Lexi is cutting your hair save yourself the trouble and either ask for a different stylist or go somewhere else.

Google has to set 0 star reviews.Seriously after long time I was thinking to try clips here again because not spending much like before but this place is not worth to spend even $1 for hair cut.They don’t know how to adjust hair. They just do it in 5 minutes however you look on your hair cutNever going back again. If you guys run promo hire good clippers so customers feels to come back again

I had a horrible experience at this salon. The stylist didn’t even smile , rude and very unprofessional. She did not listen to our request for my child haircut and getting irritated or annoyed quickly when I asked her to change something. She is not friendly or patience with kids at all. Please go to different stylists. They are amazing . Please avoid Lexi if you have kids .

My experience twice with Lexi was very bad. She is rude and always rushing. She confused me about simplest things and just rushed us out because she did not want to work or something. She had no smile on her face entire time both appointments. She treated my children like we are there to get free charity haircuts. Would not recommend her to anyone ever. There is an Asian lady who is there sometimes and she is very nice. Wish next time I get her. Who explains everything, very polite and sweet and does a great job. Not lexi ever again.

Very unprofessional staff. They are always in hurry. They charged me $26 for less than 5 minutes of service. If you guys charging $26 plus tax plus tip then you guys should hire professional hairstylists. I can cut my hair better then spending $26 in your salon. This was second time they messed my hair. If I want my hair short then it should be all not just one part of my head. Attached picture is showing 5 less then five minutes of work for $26. Never go to that saloon. NEVERHair stylist - Laxi

I love Great Clips. I alway leave happy with my service. This time I got my hair trimmed and an up-do for a banquet. I love the check in process that is online. You can’t beat great service for a great price.
