My husband went to get his hair cut here (he has been to this location before and it usually turns out ok, nothing fancy) and when he got home I had to fix it. Sides were uneven and they cut one side too short. He told me it didn't take them very long (maybe ten minutes) which makes me think they did it in a rush and did not care how it turned out. Needless to say he will not be returning to this location.

Terrible! Iasked for curtain bangs but she only cut two hair from my front which looks ugly no diff after a haircut i def need money back this is the worst exp ever please dont go here

Went in today for a trim and to get my hair layered when I got home to straighten my hair I realized how bad it actually looks!! Extremely choppy and probably unfixable I will never go back here again

awful experience. Would not recommend. I had long lower back length hair with many layers. I Went in for a simple trim. I requested 3 inches off and I had 6-8 inches chopped off. I asked for layers and I now have a blunt cut. I specifically told the girl DO NOT cut my bangs straight across and DO NOT cut them shorter than my eyebrows. I wanted nice curtain bangs that flowed with the rest of the layers. She disregarded anything i said and didn’t bother to care. She gave me blunt bangs so short I cannot style them. I feel so ugly, I absolutely hate my hair!! It took her less than 15 minutes to do my hair, And completely botched it.

First time and last time, the Asian guy had no idea how to cut hair.. doesn’t understand what uneven surface means. He literally cut few hair in side and not matched with the flow of the hair. I think he knows only how to use trimmer. Worst hair cut I ever had. Although price is cheaper ($13.99) during promotions, it’s not worth it. Their staff isn’t knowledgeable enough to cut hair plus the rush, for next customer without even cutting current customers hair, when you come make sure you stop them every 30 seconds and check hair and again 30 seconds to give them proper instructions. I hope they shut down this franchise at Barton

Hair dresser spent literally 1 min to trim and that’s it. Worst haircut I have ever got. Can’t believe a hair salon chain hired dumb lady who has absolutely zero knowledge about haircuts.Please avoid going to upper James location in Hamilton.
