Don’t come here unless you’d like your hair BOTCHED. I’ve been coming to this location for a couple months now. Every other hair dresser than I’ve dealt with has been phenomenal. Yesterday, on November 27th, 2025 I went after work for a simple regular 4week trim as I always do. I left with INCHES taken off my hair and my hair absolutely botched. I come in for the same thing each time.
I don’t understand how this time was any different as it was the same basic trim I always ask for.
The hairdresser whose name I was not provided was too busy yapping about her dog the entire appointment to care about what she was doing. I explained I wear my hair to the front so please no layers, and please keep fhe length. I’d like half an inch to a quarter inch trimmed as I always get.
My hair was past my breast bone and now it’s nearly up to my neckline with it being choppy and clearly uneven.
Hair is something that takes months to grow, and it’s not like you can just add more as easily as if your sandwich got messed up at a drive thru and having it remade.
I didn’t want my hair short or uneven or as choppy as this was.
The hair dresser was an older lady who had a very thick accent, ukrain or Portuguese or something. It’s nothing against where she comes from but just trying to explain who she is to make other people beware of this stylist. I was offered to have my hair “fixed” for free. There’s no fixing this without going even shorter. I had 2 inches taken off from what was asked as a quarter to half an inch.
Absolutely horrible customer service at that too. When she was done talking about her dog, she didn’t even offer to dry my hair she soaked and put the dryer on my back for 2 second the blow away the dead ends. I even made a comment as I left saying wow that’s a lot of hair on the ground. She said it looked like more than it is.
Wasn’t until I got home that I real82: the mess she made with my hair.

Every other stylist here is great but that one older lady. She was rude, and when I went to pay all she cared to ask was debit or credit, expected a tip by staring at the machine saying there’s a tip option and shooed me on my way.
I work in customer service, I gave her a tip because I truly honestly felt bad and wanted to tip for the service I thought I was getting until I got home and really looked at my hair.
$33.00 for a hair cut is the price you’ll pay if you want to come out looking like a 3 year old took scissors to your hair while you’re sleeping.
I guess cheap prices means cheap cuts.
Absolutely horrified by my experience at this location with this specific stylist.

Went in to get my hair cut today, I started with hair to my waist, when it was done it was just above mid back. I was worried about getting it cut that short but I absolutely Love it!! Thank you Miriam!! You're amazing!! Won't go anywhere else to get my hair cut!!

My husband went to get his hair cut here (he has been to this location before and it usually turns out ok, nothing fancy) and when he got home I had to fix it. Sides were uneven and they cut one side too short. He told me it didn't take them very long (maybe ten minutes) which makes me think they did it in a rush and did not care how it turned out. Needless to say he will not be returning to this location.
