This location NEVER answers their phones. On three separate occasions over the last year I’ve tried calling to see if they carry specific produce and they never answer the phone. I’m often calling to see if I should walk over or drive to the local grocery store because I’m missing an ingredient/and or can’t recall if it’s something they stock. I’ve even walked into the store and called the number and watched the staff ignore the telephone.
Why can’t they answer and ask you to hold? What’s the point in having a customer service extension if you don’t bother answering?
So frustrating.

I feel they’ve gone downhill since the renovation a few years ago. Service isn’t quite what it used to be!

I love dis place cause the staff are awesome and have treats. They also have these salmon skin rollups that are worth barking about. Ohh and they always have fresh water outside for any dogs walking by and when it's really hot out they put ice in it.

I will never return after the experience that I had today. An untrained dog leashed outside the entrance door to the store (I have seen this before) barked and lunged at me as I rolled in on my bicycle. I said to the dog to behave and it backed off. I thought we were done when the owner leaned out the door and told me his dog gets startled easily in his condescending tone.
I replied that your dog needs to behave at all times and be trained to be in public. He doesn't like that I told him this because it's dogs first over people these days and that's when a staff member aggressively jumps in and informs me that a dog can get startled. I immediately informed her that I would never return to Goodness Me ever again as I could see she was on the dog owner's side.
She gasps and begins to play victim as does the dog owner. I will never return and you should look at a policy where no one can leash their dogs at the front door as it is a problem waiting to happen. It's a shame because this location used to be great but it seems things have changed at this and other locations.Also, I have no problem with dogs but they need to be trained to be in public spaces.

Love the muffins there. Excellent product inventory. Many things I didn't find elsewhere I could easily get here. Also some items are priced more than other locations but overall I like the pricing too. Fresh food and items available. So far I haven't faced any issues. Staff is friendly too. Keep it up.

The selection of fresh and prepared Gluten free, organic and healthy foods and items is extraordinary. Prices are ok and they do offer sale promotions that are marked well. They offer a newsletter and email subscription that sends just the right amount of emails.. The multiple locations in Hamilton are convenient when doing errands. GM now has a loyalty card ; I didn't sign up at my last visit since I was in a rush and today I did a big shop. Unfortunately I forgot to ask to sign up before the clerk had rung up my order. Thankfully, the other clerk asked if I wanted to sign up to loyalty for discounts at which point I remembered and did so. It was a quick process to sign up, however, I was very disappointed that I couldn't receive the discount since my clerk didn't ask before my order was rung up. I hope clerks remember to ask customers before sales are rung ind, particularly since the loyalty program is a new offering.

Bought this from the store, drank it a few times and found a bunch of blue mold ? in it. Got fever for a week ?, fatigue, coughing and sneezing ?. It tasted like mold but I kept telling myself that vegan drinks aren't similar to diary taste. I'm so stupid!
