Terrible! Some staff extremely rude. Do not have a weight scale for produce. Very very limited supply of items. Very very disorganized set up of their products. Their food is literally all over the place like dips, cheese when you walk in, some meat by the produce, some freezer fridges by produce, meat after bread, dairy at the back. Very disorganized place. Do not recommend!

Someone should absolutely clean the stairwell leading from the underground parking to the main floor. It is beyond disgusting.

I've never met such amazing staff as I have here then any other grocery store ever. Thank them each and every time you go in there. Other then a constant constant issue with their past or 2 day before expiry bags of chocolate milk each and every time I go in there.
Which some of might think it's OK if 2 days out but when I myself really don't drink too much of it and my youngest son is non verbal and special needs. Sorry as the school's put him as exceptional. I cannot chance him drinking bad milk. Not being able to tell me if it even slightly has an off taste.
So make sure you double or triple check dairy. I learned that lesson many many moons ago when Tim Hortons sold chocolate milk in the cold drink cups. I'd never want anyone to have happen what I was served by a employee at a Tim Hortons lol

There's a cashier dude at the far end close to the exit door and he greets only white folks☺️. I have observed at least five times. His job does not require to be a professional but good to greet all customers and be professional...

Bought honey dew melon for 5.99$, and turn out totally dry and no taste, complete bland no taste,
They are just selling garbage items. And taking full money. Big cheater all food sellers.

This is the only Freshco in Hamilton that is a proper grocery store, all others in Hamilton are far too small.
