Last week I went to the Upper James location to purchase a phone and a plan. Siri was one of the most patient, kind, helpful, and professional sales associates I have dealt with in a long time. She made sure I understood everything and was able to answer every question I had. You do not find customer service like this very often anymore.Freedom Mobile, hold onto this girl. She is truly an asset to your business!

On December 27th, at 4:20 pm, I noticed that the customer service representative appeared to be from India. It would be advantageous for him to receive training courses on effective customer service skills. Unfortunately, this aspect seems to be lacking at the moment.

I went there today to check if there are any special promotions going on, Siri helped me with the best deal, 100GB plan only on 50$. That's excellent. And she is so friendly and professional on her work. She explained everything very well. Thank you so much ?

Got the new IPhone from this location. I was very impressed with the customer service we received from the salesperson Siri at this location. She has excellent customer service skills. She dealt with all the customers with a big smile and explained the minute details very well. She responded to tough customers very patiently. All thumbs up for her, she is great asset for this business.

The WIFI service itself has no issues. They have signs at booths in malls that say you get 20 gigs of data for $40. Not so. No photo ID now it's $50. No auto payments now it's $55. Add taxes and you're well over $60. There are so many places to sign in to WI-FI free these days you can manage on a $35 plan from CHATR. It's what I did. If collection calls or ex spouses calls get you down it's a great opportunity to change your number at no extra cost.
