Very quick service! We got a flat tire early in the morning & this was the only shop open at 730am, they were quick to put the new tire on & have us on our way.

Very slow customer service, booked an appointment at 1pm to install tires, waited 4 hours and still didn’t begin the job. Do not recommend lots of better shops out there

Great prices on tires, but if there's a leak, customers have to pay for fixes. Some other places offer free repairs with a purchase.

Friendly but dishonest - really upset with my experience here.I specifically want 245/45/r19 tires (which I found out aren't as common for tire shops to carry). I called around a few places before Frank's finally told me they would have that size tires and rims for a very reasonable price. I am particular about what I want, so confirmed the size with them at LEAST 5 times across different conversations and they continued to reassure me. So, I was happy to come here for these tires even though it was out of my way. Friendly service, but an hour wait time (in addition to my 50 minute round trip). When I got home, I realized they installed 225/65/r17 tires -which are clearly COMPLETELY different than what we agreed on. I called to discuss this with them and all they said was 17s and 19s feel the same for those in the cabin anyways, and that these rims and tires fit my car just fine. They did not have the size I wanted.Overall, I am extremely upset and disappointed with this experience and would not recommend others go here.

This place does good work, fair prices. Usually rebates offered if you’re buying 4 new tires. Get there first thing in the morning, it’ll be done quick.
