Great shop. Liquidation prices means final sale and we appreciate this. We almost bought the same tile at Rona for $1500 more.We dealt with Michael who was fantastic, genuine, trust worthy and knows his stuff. We’ll be back to get carpet due to his professionalism.I own a store ( Relaxacare) and it’s very hard to find amazing workers like this. We are truly impressed with this company.

Tried returning some tile. Was never told it was final sale. No signs anywhere saying final sale. Only place was on my invoice after I paid did I see a stamp saying final sale. Michael the sales guy never told me it was final sale. These guys didn’t want to take my return. The owner or who ever comes out and says “99.9% of the time our guys say it’s final sale” and over $50 return he wouldn’t help me. I’m a real estate investor in Hamilton I do at least one home a year sometimes two. I’ll Never recommend this place to any of my investor friends and I’ll just keep going to BUCKO Flooring for my stuff not sure why I even decided to go to this place they have horrible customer service. This is after I spent close to $9000 in the store. I’m 30 . They’ve lost all my business from here forward, and all my young friends in this business will never be told about this place. The owner thinks very small . Over $50 bucks and the “99.9% of the time our employees tell customers it’s final sale” was pretty much calling me a liar. This seems like a scam to me. If it’s final sale, train your staff. I wouldn’t have over bought. Also, put up signs. I think it’s false advertising and unfair business practices to do what they did. Not worth my time going further on this but be careful people these guys only care about one time transactions. I have a feeling the guys dad owned this business cause no real successful people treat their customers that way. Very good luck in future. You’ll need it.

Like all the bad reviews- no returns.Even if the flooring is defective they will not take it back. My laminate was mostly broken/chipped in all five boxes that I purchased. Was not impressed and called to tel them where I was told I could put in an order for more but would still be charged.

We had last dealt with Flooring Warehouse many times over 10 years ago. Meanwhile, we did not undertake any major home renovation since.Recently we decided to renovate our bathrooms and bedrooms. We went to many flooring and tile places. However, we found most of them either not knowledgeable or too sales focused.We finally went to Flooring Warehouse in Hamilton and that was really a good decision!The choices and prices are good. The best part was dealing with John with whom we had dealt before.He guided us with correct choices and we are very pleased with our new renovated bathroom tiles and the workmanship.My wife and I have nothing but praise for the excellent service John provided. The completed jobs get instant positive response from our guests!We have no problem in recommending Flooring Warehouse and John to our friends. Truly a good place for your flooring and tile requirements!

Going into the Flooring Warehouse, I had already had several horrible experience with another store and I was questioning even getting my floors done at all. John from Flooring Warehouse took the time to explain all the different types of Hardwood flooring, we discussed the issues with the space (low profile and a weird tile placement) and he even come out to measure for me to make sure we could get the flooring I wanted. Their installers, Antonio and his son, completed the job in half a day, removing my carpet/under padding, removing the extra tile, cutting and fitting all the panels and installing the doorstop. I am so happy with the results and thankful to both John and Antonio for their dedication (COVID challenges of course). I could not have asked for a better result.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. During lockdown Mike went out of his way to make sure we got a flooring style we liked and provided many samples at curbside and for us to take home to make a final decision. We also had a few damaged boards which were replaced without any hassle.

Very friendly and informative place. The product here is amazing whether it's for laminate, carpet, tiles, or other flooring products; it's all good quality. I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience here and appreciate the help and guidance from the gentleman that assisted my mother and I.

I found tile that is perfect on a television show. I called the Flooring Warehouse and asked if I could send them a picture to see if they carry it. Before I could even get their email address the man I spoke with basically told me it wasn't going to happen.Couple of things here...First, even if you don't think you can do it you should humor your customer and look at the picture because you don't know!Second, maybe you carry something similar that you could suggest in place of what your customer looking for. Are you salespeople or order takers?Third, people talk and post reviews on Google. A few minutes of polite conversation and a 10 second look at an email could have gotten you a positive review.A little more respect in the middle of a lockdown when I am trying to spend money at a local business rather than ordering online would have been appreciated.
