I have been at the Fido store in Jackson square Hamilton I really needed a lot of assistance. There are two ladies there Michelle and Charmi. They are both very hospitable professional and very knowledgeable. charmi Worked extremely thoroughly helped me threw my lack of comprehension. She provided extremely good good customer care and excellent business relations.

I brought my mother’s iPhone 14 in twice because the phone would just randomly mute during phone calls (normally the most important ones)they told me it has nothing to do with them and to bring it into an Apple Store. I Uber to Mapleview mall (which cost me $30)
After a two hour wait and a bunch of tests done the so called geniuses at Apple said there is no hardware issue with the phone and it has to be the provider and suggested that we change the SIM card. The next day we got the SIM card but the problem still continued. She put up with it for another month until we just so happened to be in Jackson Square a couple weeks ago. We told them what Apple said and how we changed the SIM card. Understandably they didn’t know what’s wrong with her phone. Then I remembered that my iPhone 13 was recently paid off and I’m eligible for an upgrade. Since I like my iPhone 13 and it’s in perfect shape I wanted to keep it, give the upgrade to my mother’s phone and I’ll take on the rest of her payments. Keep in mind I have five people on my plan, I’ve been with Fido for 15 years, I pay over $400 a month AND a couple years ago me and my wife did the exact thing that I was suggesting. For some reason when I proposed this to the saleswoman she shut the idea down by saying “it doesn’t matter, her phone is due for an upgrade on Boxing Day” and “think of it as a gift for yourself when you upgrade” completely dismissing my idea. Having a working phone for an elderly person DOES matter especially when she is talking to the doctors about her possible illness

Kanwar was amazing - lucky to have her working at this company! I had my phone stolen and she stayed passed close to help me replace the sim and get a new phone (while getting the best deal possible). Genuinely, the best customer service I have ever had in my life. Thank you Kanwar!!
