DO NOT TAKE YOUR TAX RETURN HERE. They did our 23 taxes so poorly, here we are in Oct., still waiting for it to be resolved. They told us "their computer made a mistake". Perhaps it was the person who did the inputting.
We will be filing an official complaint with the CPA, as well CPB, although somehow l think they are not certified with either. Also, filing a complaint with the CRA, hopefully they will detect a trend with Euro tax.
Euro tax, was very dismissive, as if l made the mistake. Also, they would quote random fees for their services as they were completing it.
We are in the process of having an accounting firm sort this out, however we will get advice from a lawyer, it is time for Euro tax to take responsibility for the mess they made!
If they don't know how to do or have knowledge of split income with investments, then they should have been honest from the start.
Will never return, buyer beware!!! Do your homework.

Awful service. I would not recommend going to this place. Overpriced and they seem sketchy. The lady is very rude as well, made me feel so uncomfortable.

I have read some of the other reviews and it's a common theme here if it's just a straight forward tax return it's very quick a cash grab but if there is work involved he becomes very rude, he told me to go back into the waiting room and fill out the tax forms even though I had everything organized im paying him , but I had to fill everything in wow I will never go back again

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We called in advance, mentioned the situation, and was told to just come in. When we went in, to see Miro (the owner), he just grabbed the slips, mentioned some forms we need to get and said "too much calculation", "no time". First of all, he didn't even listen, so everything he said was completely wrong. I did not need any slips and had all I needed with me. He simply had no patience and was quite rude. My impression is he wants customers in and out as quickly as possible. He may be cheap but I cannot recommend this place at all.

I have been a committed customer to Miro and Euro Account Tax for over 30 years. This included all of my family's taxes. Last year they severely messed up our income taxes. The put all of my T4's etc. under my wife's name and all of my wife's under mine. This major error was not discovered by them but instead by our financial planner. We had to go back and redo our taxes. After that this started a whirlwind of issues with the CRA. It's been a year of hell with the CRA, calling them, sending documents etc. We just got a nice bill from the CRA to pay money back because of Miro's error with a $537 interest/error fee from the CRA. I have been keeping Miro up to date through this whole process and thought he would take care of their error and negligence. Instead when I went back to do this years taxes he would not committ to not charging us for this years income tax filing in lieu of the $536 we have to pay to the CRA because of their error. We were not even looking for Miro to pay the entire $536 which is really what he should pay but instead we were open to be fair about this given that we thought we had a long term relationship. Instead today Miro rushed me out of the office and said he would have to charge me more for this year because we have more slips! Wow.........we are lost for words. We will not be going back to Miro and Euro Account Tax. Be aware as it's clear you are just another number there and his commitment is to taking your cash and not honoring his word. So sad.....

I've been using this company's services for many years. I've also read the bad reviews here. 1 question I'd have for all those that trash this business or these people, Have you ever made an error on your job? Exactly, there's not a person alive that don't make errors. We're all at fault. Having said that, I recommend these people and their great services.
