They have removed all of the latches that hold the pump open, so you have to hold it the entire time. There is absolutely no reason for this with a company that makes thousands of dollars on the daily. A lot of folks cannot hold it for extended periods of time. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. Wish I could do zero stars

GREEDY!
Price to pump AIR went from $2.00 to $2.50 in less than 12 hours. No extra time added to compensate for the price jump. Sure, I get that sometimes bank fees are increased but when the price of Gas is as high as it is, I'm pretty sure that the increase wasn't necessary.
Oh! And btw ... Please don't think that we didn't notice that the coin machine has been jammed for days, forcing people to use their debit/credit cards. Greedy for sure. Dishonest? Maybe that too...

I’m very disappointed with the service I had at this gas station. At around 5 pm Friday, November 24th, 2023, I accidentally paid for someone’s gas instead of mine which was more expensive, and because the people I paid for drove away. The attendee said they couldn’t do anything and I need to speak to a manager on Monday. This is theft it should be reported to police. I remained calm because I know it doesn’t solve anything to yell at your attendees and the fact of me complaining probably wouldn’t change the fact he can’t do anything. Just know I was livid! This is a ridiculous policy you all have. I get it, it’s tough times, but do you really have to side with thieves? Either a manager can give me a call, and we could talk this out please, or I’m going to my credit card company and disputing the charge. You have camera footage of me pulling in to pump 10 not 9. I have photos of pump 10 and the fact I was supposed only be charged $30.87 not $46.20. Next time you don’t want a bad review, please change your policy on siding with thieves!!!

Stopped by at around 3:30am and had to grab something from inside. The door was locked and found this guy sleeping.... knocked on the glass twice to try and wake him up to open with no success.I understand this is the night shift but this is still unacceptable as the person knows what the job entails which is staying AWAKE.Esso needs to find a way to fix this as I notice I am not the only one that has had this complaint.

I cant believe how rude the guy on night shift is(Aug. 9th)?!! I say good morning, nothing from him, I say thanks for the service, not even a your welcome, I tell him to have a great day, nothing!!!No smiles, he is NOT Pleasant at all!!!!And NOT the first time I haveencountered this rude employee.

Pay attention to your receipts. Went inside and prepaid went to the pump and could only select premium, assuming they were out of gas as this is the norm when out of the lower grades so I didn't think anything else of it. Charged for premium when asked if I wanted regular and responded with yes, then told it was a simple mistake even though you have to punch in on multiple buttons what you're doing with that machine. Sounds like a simple enough excuse and that's why you need to watch out.

The lot was clear of snow and ice in the middle of an ice storm. The sidewalk and entry were also very clear. The restroom very clean and the gentleman who was at the point of sale was friendly when I made my purchase.
