This place has higher pricing than all other esso’s. Staff are friendly, I never have to prepay at this location unlike other locations. This one has the highest grade if you’re looking for the 93% grade.

You don’t just get gas here, you get gaslighted. This is my regular station and I collect optimum points there as well. I went to fill up and the machine took my PC Card fine and returned it. I inserted my credit card and the machine read it but then got stuck and refused to return the card. It didn’t release like usual. So I called the assistant for help to get it out. He could not. I asked if he had pliers and he went back in the store to look for them. I was waiting so long I saw another customer with a contractor truck and I asked him to help. He kindly came over and was able to get a good grip on the card and pull it out. I was so relieved this stranger helped me get my credit card back. Then the clerk returned and I told him we got it out and I was going to use a diff pump. I said he should fix the one that did that. The clerk said it was my fault cause I didn’t sick the card in right. I know from past experience if you put the card in wrong the pump releases it back to you. I said it was not my fault and he should service the machine. He asked me for my name and phone number in case the machine was broken. I asked if it was like the machine took money or something? He said no in case you broke it. I couldn’t believe the poor customer service and I said I didn’t break it and I was going to petro Canada to fill my tank. Way to gaslight your customers Esso.

I've never had a good experience here. The pumps never have receipt paper so I'm constantly going inside to get my receipt. Half the time there's a problem with the machines and you can't pay at pump or you can collect optimum points. Their prices are always way higher than a gas station on a different street. I'd recommend finding somewhere else to fill your tank.

The last time I got gas here there was a problem with the pump. $35 was charged on my card but I got something like $3.50 worth of gas in my tank. The attendant told me the difference would be reversed. This was never done - hence I am giving a score of 1 out of 5.

March 22 @6:30pm. The air pump had a broken seal and wouldn't inflate my tire after paying 2 dollars. I told the attendant and he shrugged and said he couldn't give me my money back. I asked if he knew the machine had been broken and he admitted that he knew it didn't work and didnt have an out of order sign. He denied for 5 minutes to return my money as he made excuses and said it wasn't possible, saying something about his manager would ask him why. When another customer walked in he stopped talking to me and gave me my money back from the register.. Rude unprofessional staff, I will not return. There's a better gas station a block further.

I had literally no gas and BARELY made it to the station. The attendant refused to even push the button to allow me to pump my own gas, and refused to speak to me and explain. He made angry go away hand gestures at me while I tried to mime that I couldn't hear or understand him. Finally got through to him on the store phone and he explained that the reason he wouldn't speak to me or push the button was because he needed a break. I explained that I didnt want his service, just for him to allow me to pump my own gas. He kept rudely interrupting and talking over me as I desperately pleaded with him that I didnt have enough gas to make it to another station and that I felt unsafe stranded at midnight in a sketchy area. He did not care about my tears or subsequent panic attack. Some helpful strangers helped me roll my car into the parking lot of the next gas station. I got lucky with those kind people. Not so lucky with the employee.
