“I’ve been with them for almost a year first it was good then when I went to start a new lease recently my dad got put in the icu at the day of the delivery so I made a call to the store and they weren’t happy about it alone I found that was a very bad also to note they are making me wait an whole entire week when I simply told them I’ll only be home for the day I said and if they could try there best to make it that day because I would have to go back to the hospital for the next day for the rest of the week. Lucky I’m still here after that, very upset about this. Might disregard my entire lease.Edit: changing my review to a 5 star as they dis make things right at the end.”

“I ordered a set of Svetlana 6L6 tubes, quad matched set. My tech installed them. After about 8-10hrs of play time a tube went bad. My tech checked the amp out and tested the tube on a tester and found it was bad. Orderd a replacement and mentioned what we found in the comments of the order. Hayden sent a replacement tube overnight and all I had to pay was the $7 UPS ride. After installing it I ran into another issue and called Hayden and with our discussion was able to rectify my issue. He took the time to help me sort it out and save me from buying another quad set of expensive tubes. He went above and beyond. This is how customer service is supposed to work. The Tube Store and Hayden have earned my future business, no question. Big shout out to Hayden. You rock.”

“Brought in my nine year old Mac Book air for repair when trackpad stopped working (wasn’t clicking). Fix took a few minutes and charge was minimal. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly and FAST (most importantly). I honestly I prefer the customer service experience at this store over the Apple Store.”

The manager Ram at brick upper james hamilton was very helpful in handling the prior incorrect delivery of delivering the wrong color. Also the delivery Boys installed the sofa very swiftly and installed it on the first floor of my home and cleared all the mess later. Very happy with the service.”
