Annoyed that they take online orders and then take 6 days and counting and still haven't shipped my order. Why does it take them to a month to deliver an order when Amazon can get get things to me in 1 day? Am I going to get my boots before spring?

Don't order online. They use landmark shipping and they are terrible. Part of my order shipped Nov 8th and I'm still waiting for it 8 days later and its sitting in city only 30 minutes from me. The rest of my order is not shipping until the end of the month and they won't refund my money for that item, even though it won't arrive in time for the birthday. I've never waited this long for anything I've ordered from other retailers. Their shipping company is obviously the problem.

Eddie Bauer is a great clothing store for men and women. Their clothing is quality and is a true fit. Their 60 day return policy is good.
We order online, knowing we can either return an item by mail, or bring it to a local Eddie Bauer store, for the return. This policy keeps us coming back often to purchase more of their clothing and accessories.

I went in to Eddie Bauer at Limeridge Mall today to exchange a top I bought last week. I was just getting a different size. It took the sales clerk way too long to make the simple exchange that I eventually told her to just give me a credit and I would return the top. She said she had to give me a proper receipt and in the meantime I got a receipt via e-mail. It's too bad you had to lose a sale on account of an incompetent salesperson. I'll also be returning the other top I bought last week due to terrible customer service. Probably will never shop there again. CHEERS!!!

Friendly staff. Lots of really great clothes - as a tall person (6'4) with fairly long arms and legs I like how this store has clothing that generally fits great without worrying much about sleeves being too short.

Xmas gift delivered damaged and the folks at the store today made it easy to swap damaged for replacement. Very smooth and easy.Great line of outter wear, so also picked up a new light thermal winter jacket kit today too

Called this store to inquire about an order I placed online and still had not received an email that it was ready for pick up. Only to speak with Tina who was extremely rude and condensing. She spoke over me when I was trying to ask questions and clarify why I was not sent this email and what happened to my item etc. She spoke down to me as if I know should know the ins and outs of Eddie Bauer like I work there. She swore up and down that all orders that are purchased online and selected for in-store pick up are items that the store has in stock. She rudely insisted and she kept explaining this process to me when my email literally said I will be told when It was shipped to the store. I call customer service only to confirm that my order was being shipped from a warehouse to the store and it was cancelled (without me knowing) because the warehouse actually did not have my item in stock. So I had to listen to Tina explain this process to me like I am a 5 year old only for it not to be true at all? No, my item was not in stock at the store and no one ever picked it and packaged it because it was never shipped to begin with.. which you said Eddie Bauer doesn't do anyway. Tina needs to learn some customer service communication skills and not talk over or belittle someone who is just calling to understand something. She said several times she was uninterested in "arguing" with me, when I was just trying to ask questions to understand why what she was telling me was different then what my email confirmation was saying.
