I had a terrible experience with this kiosk. My 77 year old mother made the mistake of buying a phone from there on her own. They gave her a phone which she thought was brand new. The phone model is a Samsung Galaxy A10e which was released in July 2019.In setting up the phone for my mother it immediately launched with a bootloader loop error. The battery at 100% charge is dead within a few hours!!Thursday Dec 21st at 9:45am we brought the phone back to demand a refund. The man working, Mattini said there would be absolutely no problem getting a refund. Asked him three times to make sure. Asked if refund would be cash or my mother's card. Simply replied, "no worry". He said I would just need to speak to the owner, Sam, whom would be available around 2:30 that day.Made the trip from Jackson Square back home to Stoney Creek mountain. Called the owner, Sam around 2pm before driving back to Jackson Square. He tells me no refunds or exchanges even though his staff told me a refund was guaranteed. I still made the trip back there to plead my case.I get there and he still defends some absurd policy that there is no refunds or exchanges and all sales are final. Mattini, the staff who guaranteed a refund earlier was also there and denied saying no such thing!! Flat out lied to my face! Sam tells me I must have misunderstood (okay, sure). So I argue to owner Sam that he sold my mother a brand new phone, but it has zero warranty. This man lies to my face trying to tell me this phone is brand new. New phone means there should be refund or exchange. I show him a screenshot from my phone showing the phone was released in 2019. Clearly the phone is a used refurbished model with faulty/corrupt hardware. He blamed the bootload error on my 77 year old mother installing something on the phone. Anywhere else you can purchase a "brand new" phone, whether it be Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, Wireless Wave....etc, if the phone is indeed brand new they will offer a refund or exchange with no hassle. Final sale on a brand new phone is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard of.He did not give the refund his staff promised. Instead he offered to re-flash the firmware on the phone and asked me to pick it up the next day. As I was leaving he connected the phone to a charger. Twenty-four hours later I go to pick up the phone and says "It's working. Battery at 36%". It did not dawn on me to mention at that point as to why the battery was so low if the phone was fixed and connected to a charger 24 hours earlier?? This phone is a dud and the battery is completely shot!! Right now I'm still looking at the same bootloader recovery error after he "fixed" it. Uploaded a photo of it in this review. Re-flashing the firmware did nothing! My mother had no idea she was buying a used phone when it was sold to her. They scammed her. $209 down the drain. Three trips there and got nothing out of it. We will never go near this place again. Lesson learned. I wish I could score a 0. The review will show 1/5, but this experience was definitely 0/5.

Absolutely love this place. This place is my go-to shop for any repair. Honest, hard-working, friendly, and always lets us know of any changes. Unlike other places I have gone to, he does not leave anything out. Always fixing my devices completely. Definitely recommended!

The absolute best place to shop for your cellular needs. Wether it be for an affordable carrier, pay for use plan, cell phone repairs or purchase of a factory rebuilt phone, you can not beat the service and price you'll experience dealing with this business. They are the best!I break my phone 3-4 times a year and Sam (owner) always gets me fixed up quickly and affordably. You will not find better service anywhere. On this you can count. I have never been treated better anywhere. Go there. I cant say enough good things about this business.
