I was about to bring my new truck for its first service but after carefully going thru reviews by other customers I decided this is not a good place to have my truck maintained at. I will find another dealership with a better service department. Thanks good reviewers.
One comment from the dealership really had a huge influence on my decision. It is when the dealer rep told the customer to take the car to the original mechanic. Really? A great example of how to not retain customers or get new ones.

We have had an amazing experience at Eastgate Ford - from our sales agent Bryan Cox to the Manager Austin to service manager Kevin. We have been treated with respect & kindness throughout the entire transaction . Bryan found exactly the very specific truck we were looking for, Austin was there to help with the purchase,
and was also there waiting to greet us to fix a minor problem - Austin took the truck to the service department immediately where Kevin fixed it within 15 minutes. That is what I call excellent service!
The staff were attentive, calls were always returned, even on their day off (Bryan)! Thank you so much! We highly recommend Eastgate Ford!

I can’t rave about these beautiful souls enough! I’ve bought my car here and have had continued service for the last 8 years. My entire experience here is always incredible. Car rides with Bill make my day! Not only does he drive me to work safely with impeccable timing, he’s waiting there for me when I’m finished to bring me back. Dennis & Dylan in the service department always have my best interest at heart, going the extra mile to make sure I get what I need. The mechanics are always honest and treat me like gold. The service level here is definitely white glove, I’m so grateful for always having such a pleasant experience and genuinely love visiting. Thank you guys ♥️

Eastgate Ford. Long standing great reputation until you use service department. Tall, brush cut, big eyes (nightmare) Rude, Ignorant, can't talk, no customer service, Strongly suggest you quit, can't do job - do not want to be here.

For our first experience at Eastgate it wasn’t positive at all. We booked the appointment using the on-line platform. We selected a time that best meet our schedule that day. We arrived to be told no appointments are ever available during the midday periods. I waited almost 45 minutes until staff were available again. We would have chosen another time slot had we known those tikes aren’t available. To avoid confusion don’t allow customers to book times they can’t drop and wait for. We didn’t receive the inspection report that usually comes with the package we chose so have no idea the status of the items inspected. We had the same package competed by another Ford dealer and noted that Eastgate charged for extra oil above the quantity included in the package we chose. The previous dealer didn’t. Why is one dealer claiming excess oil and one not? The final issue was the price. It was well above what another family vehicle costs for the same package for a similar sized SUV.
Definitely not a good first impression for a new customer.

I called for a last-minute appointment looking for some minor service and an inspection. Dennis got me in right away and helped me figure out what I needed, kept me informed, and didn't push anything that wasn't required. They're super friendly, the service was quick and thorough, they sent a cool shuttle to pick me up, and they even washed the car afterward.
Most service centers and uncomfortable and suck. This one is awesome.

I just had my oil changed here. They have a very comfortable waiting room with a massive TV.
The service was very fast and friendly, plus they washed my car for me!
