I've bought many pieces of outdoor furniture from DOT Furniture...and the quality is always excellent. The staff are pleasant and knowledgable...never pushy. I've purchased from the. Burlington and Hamilton stores and it's delightful in both stores. If you're looking for quality products at decent prices...give them a try!!!

Many years ago we purchased a large extended patio table (and matching chairs) from DOT Hamilton. It was so practical, and of excellent quality that after completely landscaping our backyard we knew we wanted to purchase from DOT again.
Roberto went above and beyond to help us find coordinating furniture to fit all our outdoor spaces and needs. In the store, he was helpful and informative. He was accessible to answer any questions, but also took care not to hover or put any pressure on us whatsoever. He has excellent sale etiquette. We purchased many items, and after delivery we had a few minor issues or questions about some parts. We emailed Roberto and he quickly and completely addressed the concerns. We were astounded by the customer service. It is very rare these days to have such a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This is a store owner who personally stands behind the products.
You cannot go wrong by purchasing from DOT Hamilton. We have received so many compliments on our outdoor furniture’s quality, comfort and appearance. We are referring everyone to go visit Roberto. We will be back for sure!

Dot on Upper James is the best!! We bought our aluminum patio dining set there over 10 years ago.
It is still going strong with some new paint! We recently returned to purchase some comfort seating for our patio. The selection was excellent. The customer service was outstanding. Sofia helped us. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and kind. She offered honest advice and there was no pressure to make a purchase.It was a wonderful shopping experience!!! We love our new Sedona chairs!!!Thanks for all your help Sofia!!
P.S. Dot would do well to have Sofia train all their staff throughout the organization. She is a gem!

The DOT store in Hamilton has a great selection of outdoor furniture at a reasonable price for outstanding quality. Moreover, I was really impressed with the staff , they are so knowledgeable and friendly. I only went in to browse and before I knew it I was excited to make a purchase and look forward to enjoying my new patio set. I will recommend this store to all my friends and tell them to ask for either Roberto or Sofia if they want to experience outstanding customer service!!

I purchased a sectional wicker patio set and fire table from this location 4 years ago. Spent the money thinking I would get what I pay for. Not the case. This set has literally fallen apart. The wicker has unravelled, frame on one chair has warped and is permanently bent. I store everything with meticulous care free from UV and from harsh winter weather. The store personnel were great but the I have to say the quality is terrible. Neighbours spent thousands less from a big box location and have had zero issues. I would not buy from DOT again.

Best retail customer service I've had in years! I asked a chat question about replacement cushions for my lounge chairs and got a quick answer. Then a more senior team member (Roberto) spontaneously reached out to me by email, told me he thought the chat response I got was insufficient, and walked me courteously through the rest of the process...this included getting me replacement cushions that were the exact size for my lounge chairs but weren't on the web site. When my cushions were ready I got a friendly phone call from the local (Vaughan) store to notify me, and the on-site pickup experience couldn't have been easier, including a cheerful staff member carrying them out to my car. Customer for life.

I'm so very grateful for the excellent service provided by Roberto and his team at the Hamilton Dot Furniture store. We purchased patio chairs and a patio sectional. I then wanted to extent the length of the sectional and Roberto was very willing to swap one of the loveseats and provide me with an additional section. He really went out of his way to find a way to make this work. We are very grateful. Thank you Roberto!
