from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, your shopping experience will be a good one.the staff is absolutely the most friendliest. very helpful when looking for anything.it’s well organized and clean.i recommend shopping here. theirs a single thing to not love about coming here to do some shopping.

The lady made a mistake while charging me .She added the price twice I went back quickly showed them the receipt.Then she called another lady for help and she said she cannot give me refund even they made a mistake.She said She is ready to give money from her pocket.What is this ,You are making mistake but you still cannot give the refund back.It was not a lot of money though but you should know what to do if you are making mistake .I use to love this store but their I didn’t expected this from them.Disappointed

Carries stock of cleaning ammonia which other similar stores do not. Very useful. Tidy store and well laid out.

I always find that this location has a good selection of things that some others don't. It's hidden away in a plaza and although it feels more cluttered than most locations-- I wonder if that has to do with the size of this place. It seems much smaller than most dollar trees. I was disappointed to have purchased some bath bombs for my nephew to use and none of them fizzed. I guess you still need to be realistic that for the price you pay you might actually get faulty products. Overall the service is good. No complaints

I've gone here several times and usually find what I'm looking for. The store can feel a bit cluttered but the have lots of selection. Checking out us always friendly and quick. Their POS payment machines are a bit too slow. Lots of parking in front in the large parking lot.

Packed full of stuff but quite messy. Saturday with only 1 cashier....she was great but deserves a raise for having to be only person on cash and putting up with so many customers.

I have been to the Dollar Tree StoneChurch location multiple time’s and have never experienced such an unfortunate experience as I had today. Once we walked into the store we politely asked an employee who was working the balloon section to please assist us with graduation balloons, she ignored us first and then upon asking a second time answered. To this, the employee rudely said to grab your own balloons and that she is not and will not be filling balloons upon request. My mom and I spent a good 10-15 minutes picking out the balloons they had out because “they weren’t filling any on request” and that we could pick any from the section. Behind the balloon section counter there was numerous balloons tied together, unsure, my mom asked this employee again if she could please assist us, she grabbed the strings of the balloons, untied them, and let them go, once again telling us to grab them ourselves. Shocking to both of us, the same employee assisted a woman after us, which she filled balloons for and another woman right before we left which she also filled balloons for and kindly assisted both of them. After we finished picking from what she showed us, we proceeded to the checkout. After waiting in a rather long line, we were up next when the “manager” came over to my mom, aggressively grabbed some of the balloons we had right out of my moms hand. She disrespectfully went on to say, “excuse me, these are pre-paid” and left. I have never witnessed such blatant disrespect from a “manager”. We were never told by this other employee that any of the balloons were “pre-paid for” and the behaviour this manager had was absolutely outrageous and disgusting. After having the balloons ripped from her hands at checkout, my mother kindly confronted the employee, who was, to our surprise and shock, helping another customer now, why she had not told us these balloons (placed with the rest of the balloons for purchase) were pre-paid for. She laughed in our faces and lied, saying she clearly informed us. After she said this, the “manager” and the employee addressed my mom with such disrespect and unacceptable behaviour. There was never a sign to indicate the balloons were “pre-paid” for and nor were they placed in a separate section, they were with the other balloons for purchase. I still don’t understand why the employee hadn’t helped us like the other customers, it’s unfortunate and extremely upsetting if it was because my mother speaks with an European accent. I’m truly hoping this was not the case, it would not be the first time we’ve experienced this in a store, but I see no other reason why such ignorance, disrespect and lack of interest in assisting a customer would have been necessary. It is absolutely unfortunate this occurred, and even more if it is because of discrimination on those who do not speak perfect English. This employee and “manager” should be aware of their appalling behaviour as well as further action that will be taken on the part of myself and my mother.

I am always willing to travel the extra mile to get to one of their locations. Wish they had one more centrally located within the city. Great selection and everything is priced as they state. Often go to pick up a few items to only find more than I bargained for at a great price, so my gain and theirs too, one satisfied customer. One whom will be returning for future visits.
