“Great location. Always reasonably tidy and clean. Pricing is mostly always present in the form of stickers and/or shelf labels. Great selection of merchandise. One star off because a lot of their made for Dollarama food items are loaded with chemicals and colours. Also if you compare things like sodium on a bag of chips from a grocery store, then buy the same snack sized version from dollarama, it has a way higher content. I don't understand the reasoning behind that. They've either researched that their customers repeat buy for a saltier hit, or they're trying to kill off people who eat food from Dollarama. Either way, I stick to organizational items, books and gift wrapping supplies.”

“Walked into the store, I knew exactly what I was getting. Lady said sorry I'm closing in 2 mins. And pointed to the door. I walked in when they were open, she should have allowed me to get what I came for. Will never shop there again!!!!!I found out weeks later the lady was robbed with a weapon at closing so I can understand her fear now.”
“This Dollarama is very neat and clean. Whenever I visit this store they have so many new items. Right now they have all Christmas decorations and they all look great. Only thing I don't like about dollar stores that you cannot return/exchange stuff you buy here.”
“I MUCH prefer Dollar Tree over the major competitor! Despite having better prices, Dollar Tree will replace (or even refund) a defective item whereas Dollarama says TOUGH! They won't even exchange it for the same item that ISN'T broken or defective! This was annoying enough back in the day of everything being $1 but now I find that just about everything in their stores costs $3.50 so I find this totally unreasonable! Especially if you bought quite a few of the same item and they don't fit or work!
I will always pick a Dollar Tree over Dollarama! (also; very often a much better selection at Dollar Tree.”

“I need to start by saying Walmart is not my favorite place to shop. I kind of hate it there, but it's convenient. Nevertheless, here's a five star employee review:
My kids went to the Walmart in Ancaster to buy a Fortnight gift card. My kids gave the cashier two gift cards, changed their minds and one was voided by the cashier.
Long story short they ended up at home with the wrong gift card and it wasn't activated. The loaded gift card was still in the store.??♀️
When I went back to the store Shamyla, (sp?) one of the customer service managers did everything in her power to find a lost gift card in Walmart. ? 15 minutes of questioning employees and searching.
Good old-fashioned freaking customer service. She cared that it was fixed. Absolutely brilliant.”
