I go to CRS Automotive for all my oil changes and winter tire swaps, and they’re fantastic. They always do an inspection during the oil change and let me know if anything needs attention. Almost every time, they say everything’s good, which I really appreciate because I know they’re honest and not pushing extra services. Earlier this year, they flagged my brakes, which I knew needed work, and they handled it quickly and professionally. The team is super friendly, helpful, and I always feel like my car’s in good hands with them. Highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of using CRS Automotive, and I must say, it’s the best car service in Canada. The staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and easy to communicate with. They did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and identified every issue with precision. Since the car belongs to the company I work for, they sent a detailed and easy-to-understand email outlining all the problems with suggested solutions.
I was impressed by the speed and quality of their work — they had the vehicle back in perfect condition much sooner than I expected.

We've been going to CRS for over 15 years now with our 15 year-old vehicle and they've taken great care of it. CRS is the main reason why it's still in great condition.
They explain everything to you on what needs to be done best to your vehicle and will ask your permission/consent to do it.
One thing about CRS is that they will do 101% effort to give you the satisfaction and safety of your vehicle once it's out the shop.

Had electric steering unit replaced, they got me a great price on a used unit,which saved me hundreds of dollars it's been some weeks now since the repair and no issues what so ever, great job

If you are bringing your car here for service and don't have time to check it, please DO SO IMMEDIATELY. I had an oil change done here a few weeks ago, when I checked it the next morning, the oil level is little to low level, but I let it pass.
Today, I found this plastic piece left behind the drain plug. What is that? And nut is rounded that can't be removed. That's poor quality work right there. Just never again.

Always feel comfortable going to CRS for my oil changes and tune ups/repairs. Always feel welcome and always feel like I’m being quoted a fair price. Ali was excellent and went above and beyond to ensure my car was ready within a reasonable time. Would highly recommend.
