Good selection. The problem is 5 employees just talking amongst themselves not helping customers. We shouldn't have to go find them. Look like no manager possibly. It's Saturday and nobody is around to help people.

I was helped by an employee named Zach who was super attentive and gave EXCELLENT customer service. People who go that extra mile don't get paid more for it, so it's really special to receive that perk. Thank you!!! Was very happy with my overall experience ☺️

Had a great experience at the limeridge champs location I was greeted by an associate by the name of Dan, I knew what I was looking for and he was a great help and as-well very patient when I requested different sizes. Overall was a great experience!

Staff is friendly and lost my bill for my son's pants I got for Christmas.. and they were so helpful when we wanted to exchange even though we did not have the bill but still tags. Great bunch of staff working here every time I've gone

As a mom of 4 I have shopped Champs for many many yrs. I enjoy their products & they usually have an ok sale. I preferred Chps over Sportcheck for many reasons.However...Went in today to pickup a part of my son's bday gift and was literally FORCED to provide my email to the cashier. I asked several times to just pass but was not allowed to purchase my item as apparently they no longer give paper receipts at all, no exceptionFollowing this is was than asked for my phone number.I honestly feel for staff who are simply doing what they're told to but I do believe this is not acceptable and you need consent to obtain personal information.I guess of you don't want to you can't shop there. I ended up providing an incorrect email & phone just so I could get my son's item. I'm sure they will run into this alot.What about those who do not have email? Or access to it?They can no longer shop at Champs? Or is their a way around it and the Staff was not honest?As a CS manager I'm well versed in CRM/Digital clienteleing/paperless receipts but to literally force ppl into providing informative they are not comfortable giving just to shop in the store is being a bully. I will not be back.
