“Just went in for my first interior and outside detailed cleaning of my car after recommended by my friend. I liked how friendly the whole staff working there and they did a great job. The price I paid for was totally justified when I looked on my car after the detailed cleaning was done. I am really satisfied with their service. It took 1-2 hours and lots of workers to complete the task. Great job by gagan and the other crew members.”

“Today Tuesday I went to pritchard location as I usually do at least once a week. The attendant there was less than helpful and extremely rude. Rolling his eyes shaking his head. He smelled like a tobacco factory as well. The tap wouldn’t work on my phone and he said must be your account someone just used it. I knew it wasn’t my account or my phone as I had just used it and instead of finding a solution he said try another bay so I did it still didn’t work. I had no cash on me. I always use tap there. He has seen me there many many times and basically was mocking and laughing at the fact, I couldn’t start the car wash. He didn’t offer help at all. Super disappointed. There’s a new car wash down the road on Rymal I will be certainly going there from now on. When you’re in customer service you should offer a solution and at the very least be kind. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone after that.

“Great station. Be aware the PetroCan website hours are WRONG, the station is never open past 11pm Mon-Sat, and closes 10pm Sunday. Someone at PetroCan head office keeps changing the hours back to the old hours.... wrong hours!”
