OTB auto glass is the place to go. I had my windshield replaced months ago and I wanted to write a review because I was impressed but life got busy and I kept forgetting. Now, months later I HAD to write this review. Evan is professional, delivers quality workmanship and fast. I will always prefer a small business over corporate and with the greedy high costs these days OTB is most reasonably priced and he quotes very fair. Honestly, I would recommend him to anyone. “I recently had a huge crack in the windshield of my Kia Carnival. I knew it needed complete replacement due to the damage and I knew the likelihood of getting my windshield in stock was slim to none due to the heated tungsten burners in the windshield itself and the camera. Brad at Upper James location let me know that I was right to be concerned as it's a rare windshield but that he would do his best to secure one. Within 24hrs I heard from him that they found an OEM and had cleared the additional cost with my insurance and we were good to go once it arrived. I did have to pay my deductible as a deposit but that was fine and expected. On day of install Amanda did a walk around of the van, let me know how long it would take and then called me to pick it up. She was super friendly and helpful. The exact characteristics anyone in customer service should have. On pick up Brad actually came out to greet me and ask if I had any questions and Amanda was once again super friendly. Thank you both for making this experience a great one. I really appreciate it!”
