I recently visited Canadian Tire to exchange a torque wrench, and I was very impressed with the exceptional service I received from both the staff and the store manager. The team members who assisted me were experienced and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and efficient.
One thing to note: Mastercraft tools are now shifting from a lifetime warranty to a 1-year warranty, so keep that in mind when shopping for tools. Great experience overall!

Very disappointed. A worst customer service ever . My family went there to change the chairs ,its okay if you didn’t change it but the way of treating was so bad . I forgot the name of guy but he was treating like a racist person.
