How annoying. I prepaid my gas and then because the clock strikes 11, the cashier turns the pump off. I told him I already paid and he says “you’ll get the refund in 2-3 business day” why on earth would the pos not be turned off if the pump is out of service. Terrible experience.

I dropped by this gas bar today, Jan.2,2024 tofill up because the price was a little cheaperthan my usual station. I filled using the autoclip shut off and when it was done it sprayedfuel out from my receptacle down my vehicleand on my rims. I had just come from the carwash so I was annoyed. I went to pay and toldthe attendant what had happened and while Iwas talking he interrupted me with excusesthat insulted my intelligence. I told him heshould report it to the supervisor and he saidhe will keep on eye on it. I said it needs to becorrected and he then told me if it happens againhe will report it. That irritated me because of thestupidity of that statement. Obviously thischaracter knows nothing of client relations.I then asked him if he didn't believe me if thatis his answer. I shook my head and walked outtelling him what I thought about his attitude.Needless to say I will not go back to this placeagain.

Big shout out to Jack, who went into the warehouse and took the time to find us an end of season water ski rope. And to a young woman with long dark hair and hickups who was'also super helpful. And an older woman who knew the store backwards. Yea to the front liners

Spent over $1,000, loaded my vehicle up and walked back in the pouring rain to return the cart inside the store. Left through the return line that had 0 people, to avoid walking past over 5 people (during a pandemic). Only for a lady to yell across the store at me "Dont do that read the sign". Lol... Considering everyone else I spoke to seemed to have a chip on their shoulder, Id say dont come here if you want good customer service. Good sales tho!

The auto service customer service is terrible. I had to come back 5 separate occasions to get my vehicle stamped and safety completed due to employee error. I brought my vehicle and requested what was needed to register my vehicle in Ontario. I received only one of two required stamps on government forms, and the safety inspection as omitted completely. Other times, I was told to come in to the store to resolve the issue but told there wasn't enough time to help me and to make an appointment. I made an appointment and arrived to find that the mechanic was on lunch for that hour. Pandemic aside, no one should have to make 5 trips to an auto center for what should have been accomplished the first time they requested the required service.

Bought something here and wasn’t satisfied with product returned it for refunds and location gives hard time on refunds never again will shop at Canadian tire stupid policies

Brought my van in . They said the problem was a wire and either I could pay $2000 to replace the party the wire is attached to our they could tape it. The tape fell off and caused my van to stop working and almost crash into another car. Took it to a dealership where they could just replace the broken wire and not the whole part. Only cost me $160 at the dealership. Not only did Canadian tire try to rip me off for work that didn't need to happen but also made my vehicle unsafe. Thanks for nothing.
