Greetings everyone,I wanted to share my recent experience with Canada Watch House, where I purchased my first watch, the Mido Ocean Star 200. And guess what? It was on sale! :)After placing my order, I realized there was a delay in packaging and delivery, likely due to the Easter weekend rush. Nevertheless, I reached out to inquire about the status.To my surprise, within an hour, I received a prompt and detailed response explaining the situation. What followed was an exceptional customer service experience. The exchange of emails felt remarkably personal, as if we were old acquaintances. Their professionalism, friendliness, and overall demeanor were top-notch, a rarity in today's world.And to top it off, when my watch finally arrived, it came with a thoughtful personal card addressed to me. It was a nice touch that truly made the experience memorable.And after all that, I ordered another watch this past weekend!! Cheers everyone!!

I've been looking for a specific Seiko model and I came across it on CWH. I did some research into the legitimacy of the site and found everything to be normal and placed the order. This is a tough Seiko model to find, and I found it on sale on CWH. My package came with a note and wrapped like a gift, the personal touch was very much appreciated. Shipping was also free, I received my order within 48 hours. I highly recommend this site!

You will recieve the best customer service and the staff here will ensure that you are looked after.Not only do they have great service, they also have a great selection in watches. Great experience dealing with CWH start to finish. Placed my order Saturday morning MST. By 5:45am (7:45am local time for CWH) on Monday my order had been processed and was ready to ship and the question I asked had been answered. Watch arrived on the Friday of the same week, was nicely packaged and included a handwritten thank you card which I thought was a nice touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from CWH again.

I recently ordered a watch from them and had a minor issue that they attended to promptly, and within a half hour, my email was answered.Continued with the purchase, and the watch was delivered within days.
