I didn’t catch their names but the two people work may 16th around 1:30/2pm were absolutely wonderful. Even in my twenty’s I still got the full build a bear experience, making a wish, etc etc. it was genuinely so wholesome as I don’t get build a bears often so this was a really genuine experience
