I went to Browns to pick out a set of shoes for an upcoming wedding. The shoes were not in and had to be ordered. It only took a few days. I got an email notification that the shoes had arrived. I went back for a second fitting. Customer service was very good. The gentleman that sold me the shoes was there to do my second fitting.

Very disappointed with the quality of these Michael Kors flip flops that I spent over $70 on a month ago. Wore them 4 times and they snapped! Not impressed and I was told about the quality at Browns. I hope management sees this and steps up!

I went in today looking to buy a pair of heeled boots for a birthday event tomorrow and was assisted by Marcus. I had the most amazing customer service experience I've ever had in a store, and I was super nervous going into it as I've never purchased (what I'd consider) upscale boots before. He was genuinely interested in finding a boot that I would feel confident in and that fit well. All the way from the beginning of the experience to the transaction, he did a great job. Would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy a pair of shoes visit this store; they are dedicated to assist you find exactly what you're looking for.

I had superb customer service from two staff today.They were both genuinely interested in helping me. When the shoe I wanted was not available in store, they arranged for it to be ordered and delivered to my home. Kudos to all the staff at the Limeridge location!
